Bolt's P.O.V

I sat on the couch, relaxed. It's a nice day, nothing to do and nothing to worry about. "Got any plans for today, Sun?" I said, tilting my head goofily. He chuckled. "Nope. Just chilling."

"That's nice." I replied back.

"What about you? Anything special?" He asked. "Nah. The same with you." I said.

I grabbed the TV remote, and began switching the channels, trying to find something interesting to watch. Getting more annoyed as I went through the channels, I turned it off and went to the kitchen to make myself a nice ham sandwich.

I grabbed a piece of ham and and two slices of bread, simply slapping them on together and taking a huge bite. Suddenly, out of the corner of my eye, I saw movement. I quickly turned my head to the left, catching the glowing, red eyes before it scattered away hastily.

"What was that?" I asked myself, ears and eyes alert for any danger. Still holding the sandwich, I went back to the couch, thinking about that weird event.

Huh.

A few hours later, it was afternoon, around 1:20 PM. I ate lunch, and now it was time for my berry hunting.

I went out the door, grabbing a basket with me.

Humming, I walked through the forest, finding berries. I felt like I was being watched, so I turned around, only to be met with trees and bushes. I raised an eyebrow, and went back to searching for the fruits.

Finally, after what seemed like to be forever, I found a bush, full of the sweet berries.

I grinned, and knelt down to pluck some of them. Soon, the basket was full, and I strolled back to the house.

I felt the odd feeling of being watched once again, so I turned around, and what was behind me made me feel terror. A Zoroark was watching down below me, an unsure expression plastered on its face.

The presence was disturbing me, yet I wouldn't dare to move an inch. Oddly enough, he wasn't moving too. That's when I realized, he wasn't a threat, but rather a Zoroark that seemed to be lost. I'm not letting my guard down that easily, though.

Another few seconds went by, and the dark-type finally spoke.

"Can you help me? I'm lost." It squeaked out, shuffling its claws sheepishly.

"S-sure." I hesitatingly said, curious eyes staring into mine. I took a closer look at him, he seemed to be wearing a purple-like suit.

"Um, do you remember where you live?" I asked. "Yeah, I think it was west?" He said, smiling awkwardly.

This behaviour reminds me of someone, but I can't seem to remember who it is.

We headed west, reaching a small cottage in a short time. "Is that your house?" I questioned, making eye contact. He looked at the cottage and squinted his eyes. Then, happiness seemed to take over his body as he smiled happily.

"Oh hey, it is my house!" He said, pointing at it. As soon as he said that, I finally remembered who it was.

Nero.

I gasped, "Nero, is that you?" He immediately widened his eyes and turned to look at me. "Bolt? My buddy?!" The Zoroark said, shocked. "Yep, its Nero, alright." I laughed, giving my friend a hug. I always knew that childish, yet timid behaviour seemed familiar.

"How have you been?" He said, still surprised. "I'm great, how 'bout you?" I asked, sitting down at the soft, green grass. "I'm great too! Oh, and thanks for helping me, I kinda got lost after trying to find something to eat." He thanked, smiling softly.

I chuckled, and handed him a couple of berries. "Here, have some." I said, insisting that he should take it. "If you say so." He grabbed the berries and chucked them in his mouth. Suddenly, his eyes flew open as the taste of the berries flooded his taste buds, earning a moan of satisfaction from Nero.

"Those berries was delicious! Where do you find them?" He asked, pointing at the berries. "Oh well, I just found a bush full of 'em not far from your home. Just kinda head straight and turn left." I said, recalling the direction I went.

"Oh, okay! That will be helpful for sure." He chuckled.

I sighed. "Welp, I should be going now. See ya, Nero!" I said, waving goodbye at him.

"Bye! See you!" He waved back, grinning.

That was unexpected. Meeting Nero and all.

I headed back, my berries had been deducted by an amount but was still enough for dinner later. I looked at the sky, it was sunset now. Time really passes by that fast, huh?

Now, it was only a couple of pawsteps before I reached the house.

All of a sudden, my world went black.
