You were walking through a burned forest, to train your pokemon.
You looked over to zorua, the fox pokemon you caught last night, to see it dancing with another pokemon.
You reached in your bag, grabbing your pokedex.
'When I was younger, we wrote down the pokedex on paper', a familiar voice said in your head.
'Sure..', another voice said.
You sigh, still not remembering whose voice it is.
You flip through the pages before landing on the one about the pokemon.
'Petilil.. The leaves on its head are highly valued for medicinal purposes. Dry the leaves in the sun, boil them, and then drink the bitter decoction for remarkably effective relief from fatigue..', you mumbled to yourself.
The petilil was happily dancing with zorua, before it fell down onto its butt.
Then the sighting shifted.
You walked into a room, seeing a duck like pokemon sitting against a wall, looking disappointed.
Then everything turned back to normal.
You stared at petilil, before reaching for a pokeball.
You spend the whole day training your three pokemon.
You were walking back to the town, but you heard growling.
You were tackled by a blue pokemon, standing on two legs, with sharp teeth and wild manes.
You stared at it, with fear for your life.
Then it started licking you.
You started to laugh, softly pushing it away.
It pulled you onto its back, before running back to town.
'What's the-', Akari said, seeing how you were coming back.
'WHAT!', Rei yelled.
You hopped off the pokemon, gently petting it.
'What's that?!', they both yelled.
'I don't know', you said, watching it run off again.
'Also!', you said, turning to them.
You let out petilil, proudly showing off.
Akari let out a lilligant.
'Can I have my moment!', you yelled.
'No'
You looked at petilil, who was staring in amaze at lilligant.
'You think lilligant is cool?', you said, petting petilil.
Petilil nodded in response.
You stared at the potato mochi on your plate, before letting out a long sigh.
'What's wrong?', Rei asked.
It was just the two of you, since Akari was feeling sick and decided to skip dinner.
'With every pokemon I catch, the more I remember'
'Okay, then keep catching pokemon'
'It's not like that.. it's like it have to be special pokemon.. pokemon that seem like the ones I used to own'
'Oh.. well-', he was cut short by a town guard yell.
'The leader of the diamond clan and the leader of the pearl clan are here!'
He groaned, hiding under his hat.
'Tell me when they are gone..', he mumbled.
You watched the girl leave, but the guy walked towards us.
'Umm.. Rei.?', you whispered.
'He's here.. isn't he?', he said, with the guy now standing behind him.
The guy had his blue, green and blond hair in a ponytail, and his brown eyes sparkled playfully.
'Rei..', he said.
'Yes.?', Rei said, sitting back up.
'Are you trying to hide from me?'
He nodded.
'From your own b-', he was cut short by a punch in the stomach.
'Shh!', Rei hissed at him.
You stared at Rei.
'You.. you punched a leader..', you said.
'He had done worse', the guy said.
The look in Rei's eyes screamed one sentence.
I could snap your neck right here, right now.
You started to laugh.
'You two fight like an old married couple', you joked.
Now Rei's rage full eyes were locked onto you, as the guy sat down next to him, seeming amused.
'Yea Rei, we do fight like an old married couple'
He got up, grabbed his food and tried to leave.
'Where are you going', you asked.
'Anywhere! As long as you guys aren't there!', he yelled, before disappearing.
You looked at the guy, before you both burst out laughing.
'Adaman', he said, after calming down a bit.
'Hm?'
'Adaman, leader of the diamond clan'
'Y/N, just.. umm a random person.?'
He laughed.
'Rei told me you also came from a different reality'
You nodded.
'I am trying to not think about it for a bit..'
'Oh I'm so sorry!'
'Also.. why did you let Rei punch you?'
He got a bit closer.
'I'm not supposed to tell you, since he will kill me but', he said, before getting even closer.
'He's my boyfriend', he whispered into your ear.
'Whaaaaaa-'
'Yea', he chuckled.
'You and Rei..'
'Yup'
'But how! You two seem so different'
'Opposites attract'
