Nooroo in a last ditch attempt musters all his power to escape with Duusu and the Grimoir only to end up in a different world where they meet a kind boy wanting to become a hero.
Izuku is talking with Nooroo on the way to his house.
Izuku: So what are the books that you brought with you?
Nooroo: The first book is the grimoire which contains all the information about the miraculous, the Kwamis, and potions that give the user special powers however only a guardian can read it, while the other is a decoder that can help translate the language to others.
Izuku: So the recipe for repairing a miraculous is in here as well?
Nooroo: Yes, however, the formula is the same, the final ingredient is unique to the miraculous that needs to be repaired.
While walking under a passage a manhole shot out and a villain made of sludge came out.
Sludge Villain: Hey kid. Give me your body.
Izuku: Not happening. Nooroo are you ready?
Nooroo: Yes.
Izuku: Nooroo! Light wings rise.
Izuku then transformed. His hair dulled and became various shades darker, a pair of hair strang turning long around the back of his head. His t-shirt was gone, a turtle neck replaced it and a tailcoat jacket with long curled tips. His legs were covered by seemingly the bottom part of a jumpsuit, a pair of heart-like shapes decorating it. He took a ball of light in his hand twirling it elegantly in his fingers. Dark purple gloves forming in tandem with his cane topped by a light purple half sphere.

Izuku: Whoa! This is amazing.
Sludge Villain: Nice costume, but it won't save you.
Izuku pulled on the cane and used it as a sword to defeat the Sludge Villain.
Izuku: That was amazing.
???: Have no fear. Why?
All Might: Because I am here.
Izuku: Oh my goodness All Might I am such a big fan.
All Might: Always nice to meet a fan, but young man you know using a quirk without permission is illegal.
Izuku: I know, but it was self-defense.
All Might: Very well. Can you help me collect the villain?
Izuku: Of course All Might, also can I have your autograph?
All Might: Very well.
Izuku: Light wings fall.
Izuku de-transformed and helped All Might clean. After they were done All Might signed Izuku's notebook and offered to train Izuku tomorrow which he accepted.
Midoriya household.
Izuku: Mom I'm home and you will not believe what happened on the way back.
Inko: Welcome home sweetie, and what is it?
Izuku then introduced Nooroo and Duusu to Inko and told her about meeting All Might and his offer to which Inko was happy.
Inko: My baby boy is going to finally live his dream. I am so proud of you.
Izuku: Thanks, Mom. I'm going to my room to try and find the recipe to fix the Peacock miraculous.
Inko: Okay sweetie. Dinner will be ready in 15 minutes.
Izuku then went to his room where he deciphered the riddle about how to fix a miraculous.
The recipe was "Liquid precious metal of the sun, Dust from the sky now precious shall fix the injured animal, the animal shall make a small sacrifice".
Izuku then discovered that the "Liquid precious metal of the sun" was liquid gold and the "Dust from the sky" is meteorite Dust and the "sacrifice" is a peacock's feather.
Izuku gathered the ingredients and placed a drop of the potion on the damaged area.
Izuku: Miraculous repair yourself.
The miraculous glowed and floated and all the cracks were fixed. Izuku then put the broch on and Duusu came out.
Duusu: Wow that was an experience I do not want to go through again.
Izuku: Glad to see that you are back to your old self Duusu.
After that Izuku went to tell his mom about his success and that he was going to also practice with both miraculous before the U.A. entrance exam.
