"I'm looking for attention

Not another question

Should you stay or should you go?

Well, if you don't have the answer

Why are you still standin' here?"

Walk Away - Kelly Clarkson

-Sawyer-

"Shut up! I know that I will never meet anyone famous but what's the problem in imagining that I do?" Gracie screamed at Hannah. They fought over things like this all the time, mostly when in the back seat of my truck.

"GUYS! Stop it, it's our last night together before we graduate and I don't need us arguing! We're supposed to be crying and looking back on old memories not fighting about how we're going to meet Harry Styles!" I tried speaking clearly without getting us in a car crash at the intersection.

"Sawyer's right. We need to try and make the best out of this night, and fighting ruins it. Let's go watch Fat Amy slide down some stairs!" We all laughed, the air in the truck becoming thick with emotions. Our last night before we have to graduate and leave.

"Okay, Gracie and Tess you get the tickets, and Hannah and I will get the food." I pulled into a parking spot fairly close to the theater, pulling the keys out of the ignition and throwing them in my purse. I locked the truck and tried to gracefully jump out of my seat without flashing everyone in my black t-shirt dress.

"I can't believe you wore heels to the fucking movies Hannah, that's no-where near the regular dress code."

"Tess that was rude, Hannah can wear whatever she wants. She's just so short, she wanted to be able to see the men behind the counter tonight before she leaves," I say, trying to stay upright as Hannah lightly slaps my arm in feigned anger.

"Yea whatever, not everyone can be like you Sawyer! A beautiful, tall red head with killer legs and deadly green eyes!" She fired back, the same speech she's given me since we meet our freshmen year of high school.

"Shut up, my name is a guys name and my torso is longer than my legs, you're the one with legs up to her neck!" I told Hannah. It was true, even though she was only 5"3, her legs were the longest part of her body.

"Yea yea yea, we're all perfect in our own way, cut the shit," Gracie, my ultimate best friend said. We all giggled as we made our way towards the ticket booth for Pitch Perfect 2. Hannah and I walked towards the side as we were to get the food, not the tickets.

"Hey, is it just me or is Tess acting a little weird today?" Hannah asked, worry written on her face.

"Yea she is, but I mean graduation hits everyone differently, so maybe she just needs to let out some steam," Tess had been acting weird lately. Ditching plans we had set a long time ago, skipping the last few days of school, avoiding everyone she could. Gracie and Tess walked towards us, handing us our tickets and heading inside the theater.

"Okay, three nachos, a medium popcorn, and four Coke Icee's right?" I asked, sometimes one of the girls decides to switch up their order.

"Yea, but can you get some chocolate too, I started yesterday," Gracie said with a pouting face.

"Aw, Gracie, bleeding on graduation that's sad," I pouted along with her, acting like it was a bigger deal than it actually was.

"Hey I mean it's just rude for mama nature to do this to me on the biggest-"

"Hold up, it's our turn to order," I said. Stepping up to the counter with Hannah.

"Hi, what can I get for you?" The blonde woman asked, looking tired already.

"Hi, we would like three nachos, a medium popcorn, those chocolate icecaps and four large Coke Icee's please," I said, handing over my discount card to see if I could get a discount. The woman disappeared to the other side of the counter, getting our food. She came back and I side stepped, allowing everyone to carry their food and get their drinks. I handed the woman my debit card, the girls having already given me their money two days ago.

"Alright, do we have everything?" I asked, grabbing my tray of nachos and Icee.

"Yep, let's go try and get some seats at the top," Gracie said, leading the way. We got to the top of the rows, managing to get there a few seconds before everybody else did and sit in the center of the seats.

"Hi, excuse me, would you mind taking a picture of us please?" Hannah asked the girl who looked to be sitting by her boyfriend.

"Sure, I don't mind," She smiled, taking the phone and turning the flash on. "Say cheese!" She said, smiling at us. "Aw that's cute, here's your phone back,"

"Thank you!" Hannah and I said simultaneously. Hannah sat back down and sent the picture to all of our phones, all of us turning silent as we looked at our last night out right in front of us.

We sat there, all of us already having posted the picture on Instagram and saying something on Twitter. We ate our food loudly, for once not caring that we were too loud. We watched each preview, all of us freaking out when we saw the preview for Me and Earl and The Dying Girl, agreeing that when it comes out we have to have a girls weekend away from the real world and come see it together.

We sat there in bliss, enjoying our time together. The movie lights dimmed, and the screen started sliding down, fitting itself for the movie. The opening began, and we all went silent, watching intently. I don't know how I ended up paying attention to it with it being our last, but I really tried to enjoy myself. We each sang along to each song we knew, getting dirty looks from the others in response, but we didn't care. We were having fun, together.
