"Miss. Lux...please tell me how this has all unraveled..."

Spektra Luxer

From a distance, Vale looked liked a field of lights. A city full of luminosity.
A beautiful metropolis, under the veil of the broken moon.

This was all new to Spektra Lux.
She was a runaway. Her very cheap captured attention.

A sports bra with a hooded vest splattered with a rainbow of paint covering it. Ripped jean shorts. And a pair of white combat boots.

In the distance, the notorious Beacon Academy stood, a green hue emitting from its tower. It looked over the city, gigantic, towering over it, a sign of protection..

Vacuo was a dessert, hot and burning. Unbearable to some. She had survived it. But with surviving, she sacrificed luxury. She nor her parents could really afford anything except rent and food.

She understood the dessert, unlike the people here. They didn't have to experience scorching hot heat every single day of the year. Not like her.

And the city was protected, walls blocking the Grimm from entering.
Vacuo had no walls. She had faced her fair share of Grimm. Hell, She had a scar running down her back from a Deathstalker encounter.

The last thing she wanted was Faunus Discrimination. And it was there. Vacuo had the lowest rate of discrimination since everyone needed to work together to survive. But here she saw a little rabbit Faunus girl running away from a gang of older boys.

"Hey Aleesha! You owe me 20 Lien! (currency in RWBY) Aleesha responded by picking up a rather big rock and throwing it at him. And then it got serious.

The boy took out a knife, serrated, and razored. He caught her by the arm, and held her there, blade to her throat. And yet Spektra couldn't understand how people were walking past the cruelty. The oppression of a different people because they were different to them, another.

Spektra took out something, which then shifted and slid to transform into a giant paint roller with a round cylinder container that contained tubes of dust augmented paint, and through a system of tubes painted the roller. It was called Niji Fleur.

Rotating the canister, she chose a red paint, which was fire dust paint. Pressing a button on the handle, the paint on the roller erupted into flames, and she confidently walked to the boy, fury glowing in her eyes.

"Hey, who's the girl carrying that giant roller on fire?" He took the knife off the throat, and threw it at her, only to find her side stepping it, and a whack of burning hot fire.

The boys who grouped him each took out a stun baton, which just earned a laughed from the fire carrying justice-doer. "You think that's going to hurt me?" One by one they approached, each and every one of them getting knocked out.
