It shows an old ship drifting in space alone with small damaged on the ship as it was fighting in war long time ago still drifting on the lonely void of space the gun's system starts to active making the ship come online inside the bridge ship the system slowly turns on as a voice spoke up.
???: "Admiral wake up something has happened."
The pods of the cryo began to open up showing the crew of the ship waking up from their cryo sleep as the maintained crew of the cryo pod check up on the certain crew member who is still waking up from their cryo sleep
???: "The Intervention is in a situation I could not anticipate I'm certain that Professor Reese and Sergeant Kendrick would enjoy the little admission so let's keep it between us, shall we? We've been adrift for over twenty-eight years I've made quite a few repairs while you were sleeping, so the ship system is at one hundred percent. Cryo worked well and med stats on all remaining crew are green. As for me well...regulations are clear about at the end of AI's seven-year lifespan I already took care of my own arrangements rather than wake you. I didn't want to... well... I hope you can forgive this final breach of protocol.

As the Admiral walks past the two Spartans that walk past behind him, with their footsteps heavy.
???: "It has been a pleasure and an honor to serve with you, sir."
The voice begins to break.
???: "Do look after everyone for me, would you? Goodbye, Admiral... Lucy out."
After hearing the recorded message the Admiral walked in the lab room where it shows Professor Reese working as she is trying to figure out where they are at in space when the Admiral came walking in the lab the Reese spoke up while looking at the holograph map of space.
Reese: "I'm still figuring out of where we are at sir."
Admiral: "Well good morning too, you Professor."
Reese: "Sorry sir it's good to see you too."
Admiral: "So any clue of where we at?"
Reese: "No sir but our astronavigation can't pinpoint a location. We're not on the map anymore."
The Admiral looks at and manipulates another holo-terminal
Admiral: "We didn't drift out of the galaxy in twenty-eight years, Professor."
The Admiral opens the ship's sensor records
Admiral: "Sensor records show we arrived via slip space less than an hour ago?" .
Reese: "That Impossible our slip space drive is damaged. However, how we got here, it wasn't us who initiated the trip."
She then opens a holographic data schematic trying to figure out what made the ship go into slip space until the intercom of the lab was sounded off.
Bridge Crew: "Admiral Brooks, sir. We've received a signal. It sounded distressed."
Admiral: "Signal to my location, Lieutenant. Let's hear what they have to say."
