3 Months After, Tori's career has took off. She has won several Song of the Year awards and even ones for Best Music Video. Tonight she's appearing on The Tonight Show with Johnny Harper. She stands backstage waiting for her cue.
"And here with us tonight, please give it up for Singer, Songwriter, Tori Vega", Johnny says.
Tori walks out the curtains. The crowd goes wild. She waves and smiles as she walks over and hugs Johnny. The crowd settles down.
"Hello Tori, it's great to have you", Johnny says.
"It's great to be here", Tori says.
"Tori, you came in this industry swinging. With your now hit record Butterflies, you are officially a popstar, how does it feel?", Johnny asks.
"It feels great, I never expected for any of this to happen, in fact I dropped this song after being rejected by a record label and I never expected it to blow up, but it did and I'm forever grateful", Tori says.
"Is there any new music in your future, maybe an album?", Johnny asks.
"You would just have to wait and see", Tori says smiling.
"Well don't make us wait too long because that song has been on repeat and that video....", Johnny says.
The crowd starts screaming. On the back screen a snapshot of Tori and Ryder appears on the screen.
"That video was steamy, You and Ryder had some serious chemistry", Johnny says, "Was any of it real?".
"No, Ryder was just another actor, hired from auditions and he played his part"? Tori says not smiling.
"That he did and can I just say that video was amazing, it was directed by Jade West-Oliver right", Johnny says.
"Yes it was", Tori says.
"She did an amazing job, you two are friends right", Johnny asks.
"Yes, we went to high school together", Tori says, "In fact all of my friends and family helped me with that video".
"Talk about a high school that produced some celebs, I mean Jade West, Beck Oliver, Andre Harris, Cat Valentine, Robbie Shapiro, Ryder Daniels and Sinjin Van Cleef".
The crowd claps.
"Yes, they're all amazing", Tori says.
"Speaking of friends, you mentioned them in your acceptance speech at the platinum music awards", Johnny says, "Care to speak on that".
"Yes, I recently screwed up big time because I was going through a difficult time and took my anger out on all of them. It was selfish and stupid and I feel terrible about it, but I plan on working my way back into their good graces", Tori says.
The crowd cheers.
"And I'm sure you will", Johnny says smiling, "Alright when we come back, Tori is gonna perform her new hit song Butterflies for us".
The crowd cheers.
Later that night Tori returns home. Andre is in the kitchen placing his things in moving boxes.
"I'm home!", Tori says.
"In here", Andre says.
Tori walks in the kitchen.
"I did great on the show tonight", Tori says.
"I know, I saw, you sounded and looked great", Andre says grabbing some cups and putting them in the box.
"You almost finished packing up?", Tori asks.
"Yeah, the movers have to come get my bedroom set and then that's it", Andre says.
