"I just can't believe it", Robbie says, "She's taking us to court for this, it could ruin our career".
Robbie paces the floor.
"Robbie please calm down, we knew that this could happen", Cat says.
"But I didn't want it to happen until we had already started touring", Robbie says, "They might try to replace me".
"Robbie they're not gonna replace you", Cat says, "As long as we get ahead of it, we won't be slighted".
"Ok, well let's call Haley, she said that the moment I get served, I should call her", Robbie states.
Cat walks over and grabs her phone. She walks back over to Robbie and calls Haley. The phone rings a couple of times then an automated line comes on that says that Haley is out of the office.
"She didn't answer, she might be off today", Cat says.
"What should we do then?", Robbie asks.
"Uhh, didn't Beck and Jade have some legal trouble when starting to build their studio?", Cat asks.
"Yeah, they had problems getting the permits from the city even though the contracting had already began. They were so close to being flagged by the authorities", Robbie replies.
"Then they would know what to do", Cat says.
"You want to call and ask them?", Robbie asks.
"No, this might be something we need to discuss face to face", Cat says.
"Well come on, lets go, I'll drive", Robbie says grabbing the keys.
They leave the house and go to Beck and Jade's place.
At Tori's house, Trina and Tori look at colors for the baby shower. Tori continues downing wine as she starts to get tipsy. Trina holds up 5 different shades of pink.
"Which one?", Trina asks.
"None of them", Tori says.
"Why not?", Trina asks.
"Pink is usually associated with girls, and since you don't know what you're having you should keep it neutral", Tori says.
"So what are you thinking, like yellow or orange?", Trina asks.
"Yeah or Green but not just any type a green like it can't be two light or two dark", Tori says.
"Damn, I wish I had my color pallet book", Trina says.
"Where is it?", Tori asks.
"It's over Beck and Jade's house, me and Jade were looking through it", Trina says.
"Well I'm sure Jade wouldn't mind us coming over and grabbing the book, let's just go grab it real quick, she has the better wine", Tori says.
"I don't think you need anymore wine", Trina says.
"Trust me Trina, fine am I", Tori says flipping her words.
Trina laughs.
"Fine, I'll text and let Jade know we're on our way, but I'm driving", Trina says.
"Good, I don't have a car or license anyway", Tori says laughing.
Tori and Trina leave and go to Beck and Jades house.
At Andres penthouse, he is about to leave to take a couple of Becks things over to him. His Grandma stops him before he leaves.
"Hey Andre, where you headed?", Charlotte asks.
"Hey Grandma, I'm going to take Beck some of his things then go and check on Tori", André says.
"You know, you spend a lot of time worrying about Tori", Charlotte says.
