Yasmine! Yasmine! Can you hear me? Are you ok?"

I slowly sit up, my hand on my head. Everyone crowds around me, repeating my name and asking if I'll be ok. There's one voice that stands out though. I open my eyes and squint at the yellow lights on the ceiling. Looking around me, I feel someone's arm wrapped comfortingly around my back.
My eyes suddenly focus on cute brown eyes, a quiff and a worried expression. Cameron!

"Yasmine are you ok? You hit your head on the floor and I was so worried about you!"

"W-w-what h-happened?"

"You fainted! I reached out to catch you but it was too late!"

"My head's still spinning but I think I'll be alright."

My legs feel like jello as I stand up with the assistance of Cam's muscular arm.

I notice that, still sitting at their desk, oblivious to what has just happened, is Alina and Hayes!! And she was supposed to be my best friend?!! There they are getting all loved up and mushy. Hayes at his usual flirting tricks again! Hang on a second...
Is my mind playing tricks on me or did Hayes just give Alina a little kiss on the cheek?! No need to tell her about Hayes' crush on her! Looks like they've already fallen for eachother!!

After one while hour of non stop sweet talk, smiles and hotness from Cam, and non stop flirting from Alina and Hayes, it was the end of class. Can and I exchange numbers, say our goodbyes, pack our bags and leave. I wait for Alina to be ready so that we could walk home together. But I see her walking away hand in hand with Hayes!! How could she?! She only met him an hour ago!

To make a point, on the way home I walk about 10 feet away from them, listening in on their conversation. As soon as Hayes gets to his house, he grabs Alina's hand and pulls her gently towards his house. She follows him in through the doorway, both of them sniggering away at something.
