Chapter 11

ATHENA'S THOUGHTS AND VIEWS ON EVENTS

The date with Seokjin has been going great we were making plenty of conversation and the food was amazing. I was so excited to see what he had planned next after heading to the bathroom to freshen up. Unfortunately, when I returned to the dining hall Seokjin looked irritated at something and I had a feeling that what caused it would cut our date short. My suspicions had been confirmed when he told me that he and Namjoon's " project" that they invested in was having trouble. I volunteered to help but he told me that it was fine.

Now we're in the car on the way to meet up with Tyah and she was on a date with Jungkook and namjoon decided to call them too. I'm certain that she's going to be fucking pissed because they both have been so busy for the past couple of months and I'm sure this is their first day off in weeks. It's quite cute how they are using me as a shield from her wrath.

Athena: I really can't believe that you guys are using me to distract her.
I say shaking my head and chuckling a little.

Seokjin: You know how fucking scary she can get. Look Tyah is a sweetheart but mess up a possible good fuck from her husband-to-be and she's a bitch... no offense since she's your best friend.

Athena: I have a mind telling her it's kinda crazy that you say that when you looked irritated as fuck so we can say both of you don't like people fucking with your plan to be fuck.

Seokjin: I don't know why you have such a thought in your head miss Haywood I simply wanted to dine and have a nice chat but namjoon had a more distasteful plan that we'll have to tend to before we continue this lovely date. Anyways just please keep her distracted until we return because she will have our head so.

Athena: I love tyah you guys better make it up to her I really can't believe that I've only now become friends with you and your already asking to cover your ass, Kim.

Seokjin: Alright that's enough of your gloating that you're not also on the receiving hand of this ordeal.

Athena: I'm enjoying this please keep your eyes on the road I can't wait to see her I've missed her so much. So are going to ever continue our date I enjoyed your company tonight it's kind of a bummer that we had to leave so early but you know work calls. -I ask pulling my phone out of my bag to text Teahyung to see if he would join us.-

Seokjin: Absolutely we will it did take a while to plan this out we'll see what time we have available for the next one maybe we can even invite the other too. I think that would be fun... Haywood, are you listening?

Athena: oh yea I'm sorry Kim I was just texting a few friends to see if they wanted to hang out with us it's been a while since  Tyah and I saw them.

10 minutes later

Pulling up to their home we step out of the car making our way to the door. Before I could even touch the door handle to open the door it swings open and she was standing there with her arms out like a little child.

Tyah: come here a lot has happened and we need to catch up -she says eyeing Seokjin next to me -
Bringing me into her arms we hug for a moment we stay in each other arms until she pulls away and gives Seokjin a hard stare.

Tyah: you know Jin I could fucking kill you right now first you take my baby out without asking permission-she says while giving me a little squeeze indicating that she deals with me later- and now you're taking my man out on some stupid ass quest to solve a math equation. And where is that coward namjoon?

Seokjin:  I understand that you're irritated as am I but you know how this investing business goes please I brought your baby he says gesturing to me.

Athena: Come on Tyah let's go inside it's freezing out here.

Tyah: Bye jin and tell namjoon and jungkook that im waiting for them to return.

Seokjin: I will -he says kissing her cheek- I'll see you later Haywood.
And then he turned and left.
Tyah: you bitch you didn't tell me you were fucking Seokjin. I mean I don't blame you but still, you should have told me.

Athena: why are you so nasty I didn't sleep with him it was a first date kind of a second I think.

Tyah: oh come sit and tell me how it happened.

Athena: it all started when you and jungkook went to talk with that investor about expanding Toxic Paradise...

And just like that I begin to tell her everything that happened from when we met and Sirens up until now, she nodded her head along making small noise of acknowledgment as I went on.

Tyah: so tell me are you planning on having a relationship with him, I mean it's fine if it's only fun you guys are seeking but you two would be so fucking cute together.

Athena: I don't know really I must say we've been talking and this is only the second date so I don't know if he's serious but I'm open to the idea.

Tyah: This is so exciting- she says squealing-  you know Tintin I want you to be happy and I've to known jin for years he's a good man. He's helped me a lot in the past along with namjoon. I know that I kinda overreacted a little when that thing happened to hobi but that's something I can't accept I love them and always will but to kill someone that's something I can't stand by.

As she spoke a sense of guilt washed over me to think that it was the exact reason I'm even entertaining Seokjin.

Athena: okay so let's say hypothetically if I were to come across the people that killed my parents and I'm filled with so much rage that I kill them how would you react to that?

Laughing she shakes her head.

Tyah:oh tintin you'll never hurt anyone but as you said hypothetically I would stand by you because I can't begin to imagine what pain you must feel witnessing such a thing.

Athena: oh tyah you don't know how much I love you.
I say as I open my arms to welcome her.

Tyah: I love you too Athena but don't go around stabbing people in the throats I don't know how to live without you.

Athena: I don't know how to live without you either so don't kill namjoon when he gets back here.

Tyah: alright I won't because you asked let's go upstairs I wanna sleep and you have work tomorrow I think that you still have some work clothes here so you can get ready here.

Athena: yea plus we don't know when they will be back.
When have you last talked to yoongi and Taehyung I haven't heard from them in a while. Also, I tried texting Tae to come over here but he didn't respond.

Tyah: you haven't heard from them you're as busy as someone that owns a million-dollar company.

Athena: Alright stop being sour at me I know I have reached out in a while also I decided to date Seokjin with tell you but at least I'm here now and that's all that matters.

Tyah: I got to tell you though you look fucking sexy I'm sure jin did not take his eyes off of you.

Athena: Thank you now shh let's sleep I have a long day ahead of me.

Tyah: you know what else is long Jungkook's...

Athena: I don't want to hear it shut up but you know what might be long though Seokjin's.

Tyah: I can confirm bitch.-she says laughing and raising her eyebrows at me in a suggestive way.

Athena: Alright let's stop talking about dicks and get some sleep.
