Alpha, Beta, Omegas.
Kiku is an omega, but that hasn’t stopped him from wanting to next king of Japan. He was born into a wealthy family, but since he was the only omega out of two kids, his parents and sister looked down on him. So, it wasn’t unusual for them to send him off onto expensive schools just to get him away and keep up their appearances. Especially because Kiku is stubborn and hard to handle at times. Kiku is on the same school that Yao ends up traveling to. The day that Yai arrives, Yao recognizes Yao right away. He decides that he’ll try friends with Yao only to be attacked by some other alphas. The rest of the day Kiku attempted to stay away from Yao, to no avail. Night time rolls around and Kiku decides to spend some time on the in the library. Yao just happened to be walking, and when he sees Kiku being attacked by some alphas and betas. Yao reveals that he noticed the way that Kiku tried to be friends with him. One thing leads to another and a fight ended up heading. Deciding that Yao likes Kiku, he keeps the little omega around for the remainder of his hard fight, and eventually falls unknowingly in love with him. The last day of the school, Kiku finds out that his father Kivino was planning on disowning him and banishing him from the kingdom which would make him end up as a slave.
