Everyone snuck on board as soon as the sub descended and maintained a low profile. They traveled to a Unknown Island somewhere near Greece. The sub then arrives in a hidden cove. Indy and the Warners hid behind some crates.
Yakko: How are we gonna sneak past those soldiers?
Indy: Hmm...
(He then beats up a Soldier and puts on the Uniform)
Wakko: Oh, I get it! "Blend in with the enemy!" Indy, I like the way you think!
Meanwhile, with Marion, Belloq Leads her to the Area.
Yakko: (Does the Same with his Siblings) This oughta be good. I never knew what it was like to dress as the other side till now.
Dot: Heh, No one will recognize us.
With Belloq...
Soldier: The Altar has been prepared in accordance with your radio instructions, sir!
Belloq: Good! Take the Ark there immediately!
(They start to do so)
Dietrich: Monsieur... I am uncomfortable with the thought of this... Jewish ritual. Are you sure it's necessary?
Belloq: Let me ask you this: Would you be more comfortable opening the Ark in Berlin for your Fuhrer? Finding out, only then if the sacred pieces of the Covenant are inside? Knowing, only then, whether you've accomplished your mission, and obtained the one true Ark?
(Indy and The Warners are in their Soldier disguises)
Later, the Germans March and carry the Ark to the place of the Altar. Indy and the Warners follow them, and they go to a place high on a ridge on the island.
Indy: (Whispers) Stay here. I've got an Idea.
Yakko: Okay.
Later, the Mobians and Indy stand on a cliffside with Weapons. Jones with a Bazooka, and the Mobians with Rifles.
Indy: Hello!
Sonic: Hello down there!
Tails: That's right! We're back!
Belloq: Jones... JONES!
Indy: I'm gonna blow up the Ark, Rene!
Belloq: Your persistence surprises even me. You're gonna give Mercenaries a bad name.
Dietrich: Dr. Jones... Surely you and those kids don't think you can escape from this Island.
Sally: It depends on how reasonable we're willing to be, boys.
Indy: Yes. All I want is the girl!
Dietrich: And if we refuse?
Sonic: Then your "Fuhrer" has no prize!
Belloq: Okay, stand back. All of you, stand back! Stand back. Okay, Jones. You win. Blow it up.
Dietrich: Soldiers!
Belloq: (points gun at the soldiers) Shut Up! Shut up! Just Blow it up! Right back to God. All your life has been in pursuit of Archeological relics. Inside the Ark are treasures beyond your wildest aspirations. You want to see it open as well as I do? Indiana... we are simply passing through history. This... (points to the Ark) This is History. Do as you will.
(Indy and the Warners put the Guns down and are taken to the Place)
Knuckles: Tied up... Why'd it have to be like this?
Sonic: Well Knux, now you know what tyrannical Villains who want power but won't get it like the Nazis can do.
The Germans brought the Ark up to the Altar and Belloq was in a Ceremonial Rabbi's clothes. Belloq began reciting Something in Aramaic. After Belloq finishes, two Soldiers Open the Ark. Dietrich reaches in, but all he gets is sand! Toht laughs at this. Just then, the Equipment the Germans are using begins to Short-Circuit.
Tails: What's Happening?
Amy: I dunno!
A vibration is heard and a faint glow appears inside the Ark. A white mist also comes out. Soon, mysterious white specters appear.
Indy: Marion, don't look at it. Shut your eyes Marion, don't look at it no matter what happens. Same with you Kids.
Yakko: Okay!
Tails: Everyone! You heard him! Shut your eyes!
Amy: I hear you Loud and Clear, Tails!
(They close their eyes)
WARNING: The Following Moments depict God's Vengeance on the Nazis who have opened the Ark. Feel free to shut your eyes and Skip to the part when this Scene is over.
The Germans watch the Events unfold.
Belloq: (Smiles) It's Beautiful!
But it wasn't. A Specter flew in front of the Three, and revealed itself to be an Angel of Death as it Roared into their faces! Toht Screamed and Dietrich began to tremble in unexpected horror. Indy knew full well what was happening. This was the Wrath of God turned up to full song!
Marion: Indy!
Indy: Don't look, Marion! Keep your eyes Shut! You kids do too!
Sonic: We've got you covered, Indy!
(Their eyes were shut tight)
Suddenly, Beams of Energy shot from out of the Ark, releasing toward the soldiers, and the energy was so hot that it Killed every single soldier watching the Ceremony.
Dietrich, still trembling, Toht and Belloq screaming as Fire began to engulf the area from where they were standing. The Power was so great that it Crushed Dietrich's Skull from the inside, Melted Toht's face off until his Skull and what was left of his eyes remained, and Belloq was the Last to go, his head exploding (literally) as he let out one last scream.
The fire that came down from Heaven soon consumed all the Germans and Belloq, Indy and our Heroes Screamed as this is happening. The pillar of Fire picked up the Top of the Ark, as Heaven opened up. It then closed as the Pillar of fire got lower and lower until the Lid of the Ark was slammed and Sealed shut.
(Okay, You can Open your Eyes now)
When the Dust had Finally Settled, Indy found that their bonds had been burnt through and they were all Free. Marion and the Warners open their eyes.
Indy: Marion.
(They Hug)
Mobians: (in unison) Awww!
Knuckles: So... Uhhh... What do we do now?
Tails: I suggest the Ark be Researched and hidden away, so no one can find it again, and it doesn't harm anyone again.
Sonic: And we're in Luck. We have Chaos Emeralds 5,6, and 7. So I'll keep them.
Indy: Hmm...
