I walk into her classroom right as the bell rings and a swarm of teenagers walk past me to get to their seats
I go and take my seat in the middle row
She's late, she's not here yet I think as a middle aged brunette woman wearing a polka dot blouse and jeans walks in the classroom and introduces herself as the sub Ms.mane
"Ms.Rodriguez could not be here today for personal reasons so I will be substituting" Ms.mane says
Why wouldn't she tell me she wasn't going to teach today? I take out my phone from my pocket and text Angelina

The bell rings signaling it is lunchtime
