"Jennie, here's that USB you needed to borrow."

The voice of Min Yoongi pulled Jennie from the daze she'd been in while working on the ever-so-long spreadsheet in front of her.

She blinked several times to moisten her eyes to help her focus on the slightly blurry man in front of her.

His dyed blonde hair had always been eye-catching, especially as the bleached hair contrasted quite nicely with Yoongi's usual half-lidded expression, his features always relaxed into a state that told the whole world how much he didn't want to be wherever he was at the moment.

His expression was no different at the moment, growing impatient as Jennie simply stared at him rather than taking the small USB from his open palm.

"Jennie," he said, repeating her name with a tick of annoyance to get her moving.

"Sorry, Yoongi.

These numbers have turned her thinking process to sludge.

She's pretty sure she was asleep just a moment ago...," she trailed off, shooting a cursory look to the spreadsheet to see if she noticed any glaring errors.

"Do you want the USB or not?" Jennie whipped her head back around, seeing Yoongi lightly shake the USB he held in his grip.

"Yes! Yes, I do. I need the files you have on there to finish that set of numbers." Jennie smiled sheepishly as she took the device from him, dropping it into her bag before writing a note on a sticky to remind herself to actually look at the damn thing when she got home.

Jennie weren't too pleased about having to work on the weekend, but her boss was an ass and he wanted it done asap.

"I'll get this back to you first thing on Monday."

Yoongi grunted, a very lackadaisy sounding thing, before he turned to pull out his chair at the desk next to Jennie, falling into it with a heavy sigh.

Jennie turned back to her own work, groaning as she saw that she had made an error somewhere and now had to go back and figure it out.

Great. Just great.

Dinner had, sweatpants adorned, and a glass of wine with the bottle not too far away,Jennie were all set at her home to dive into the files on the borrowed USB she'd received from Yoongi.

Earlier discussions had told her there was a total of seven to open and read through before figuring out what to pull from the data to insert into her own spreadsheets of hell to give to her boss on Monday.

Jennie sighed morosely before taking a long sip of wine, pouring some more from the bottle into the glass with a generous hand.

Jennie promised her tired self to only scan through a total of three tonight, knowing that she needed a break from the work in order to actually sleep tonight.

Jennie pulled her laptop up and onto her lap, plugging in the USB to open the files.The contents of the device were quite organized, with individual folders and names.

Jennie scanned through them till shs landed on "Work Project Quarter 3" and double-clicked on the manilla folder to open it. Inside were the files she needed and Jennie couldn't help the groan of distaste her let loose as shs saw all the files.
