Chaos in The Kingdom.

Chapter 4.

After recovering from the poison,Lee decided to stay away from the palace for a while so his life won't be in grave danger.He asked for his mother's consent, though at first the Queen objects to this request but after much appeal she considers the request to let him go.Lee promised to return as soon as possible.After bidding goodbye to the officials and his family,he set off to his destination.Few weeks later,Prince Lee returned to the palace of Tang as promised.Upon his arrival,the officials suggested to hold a festival for coming back safe and sound.Prince Geum  disagrees to this suggestion claiming it is unnecessary.The Queen authorized for the festival to occur ignoring Geum's opinion about the issue.The announcement was made and all tribes and neighboring nations include the citizens were invited.

The festival was held at the palace.Lee and Geum performed the swordplay competition.The crowd roared with excitement,as they watched them duel.They had lost every single time and they had yet to win a match,despite being so talented. They had already won every battle they had ever fought and they were determined to win more fights.

The crowd cheered for the winners but also jeered at the losers.Some of the crowd booed while some tried to encourage the winner and the loser.There were even some mocking the winners.It seemed like the royal guards didn't stand a chance,and everyone knew that there wasn’t really a reason for them to fight,they only got involved because they were ordered to protect Prince Lee.But today was different.Today Prince Lee had challenged Geum to a contest to see who was stronger.And the crowd was cheering for Geum,who was definitely better than the Prince.”Geum!”

The Prince cheered loudly while clapping his hands."Go Geum! Show them your skills!"He cheered excitedly as well as he clapped his hands.Geum smiled at his elder brother with gratitude.

They both sat opposite each other in the arena.They stood face to face with each other and looked at each other intensely.Both of them could feel the tension in the air.The audience began to cheer and jeer when Geum suddenly charged at Lee and punched him.Lee quickly dodged the punch and threw one back.Geum then pushed him slightly but he managed to land his fist right on top of his nose.Blood splattered everywhere.

Everyone gasped and started cheering and clapping for Geum and for the winner of the competition.Geum wiped the blood off his face and looked at Lee with a smug look. Lee looked at him and then looked at the crowd."Thank you to everyone who came to watch our fencing match,and thank you for supporting Geum. Now that he has beaten me in this battle,I hope we can continue fighting each other everyday. I will continue winning until I am crowned Prince and then you can rest assured that you will no longer be able to bully people or intimidate anyone.I have never accepted your cruel acts and I don't intend on accepting any of these anymore."

He concluded and bowed politely to the crowd.Everyone began applauding Geum.“Thank you for your applause. I will surely be returning again tomorrow to continue my competition with my younger brother,so please support him."Geum bowed deeply and left the arena afterwards.”That was very impressive,brother."The Queen praised him.Geum smiled at her gratefully."Thank you for your support,mother."He thanked. “No problem,Geum..you did great."

The swordplay ended and two princes insulted each other indirectly."You could have killed me easily back then to get the throne but why did you hesitate?Lee asked Geum. "I didn't hesitate to kill you because you weren't a threat.."Geum replied simply.The King smiled slightly."Then you are a bigger threat than you think.."He said quietly.Lee chuckled.”I'm sure you are right..but we won't be able to change the past,so why waste our time talking about it now? Let's focus on the present."He suggested.His brother nodded his head in agreement.After the swordplay,there was a dinner.Geum was seated between the Queen and Lee.The table was set with five courses.

Each dish was a different color: pink, orange, green,blue and red.Each course was served with a different drink to drink.Geum was drinking tea.They were eating and eating and the tension was increasing.The food was gone in less than 10 minutes after each meal was served.They finished eating their dinner soon after and decided to retire to bed.The Queen left the room to prepare herself for bed,while the two brothers remained at the dining table.Geum turned around slightly.His gaze met with the Prince's dark and angry ones.”I know how bad you must feel,brother. But I hope that you will stop hurting people for me. You shouldn't be forced to be a part of this world.

The next morning,lee woke getting ready for his hunt.He left the palace and went into the jungle to hunt as usual but what he met in the woods was shocking and surprising,that day was full of surprises.There was a large boar hiding in its lair,it was probably guarding its young.Lee approached the animal slowly. He carefully walked over there without making too much noise.The boar seemed very tired because it fell asleep almost as soon as it saw Lee.

It was resting on its back legs,it didn’t seem that scared by him.As if waiting for Lee to make the first move.
Lee lifted his sword and attacked the boar in an instant.The sharp blade made contact with the boars head,but not enough damage was done,the beast moved slightly and grabbed him tightly,with its teeth.Lee struggled against the monster to free himself from the death grip.He wanted to get rid of the enemy in a quick manner.

Lee pulled out his short sword and stabbed the boar several times.The boar grunted painfully and began to lose strength.The beast let him go and ran away.Lee dropped the short sword and panted heavily. He then picked up the blade and began to clean it with sand to remove all of the dust and dirt,but there were still traces of blood on the blade.
