Preparing for the Ball

I looked over all our dresses, hanging up on our racks. How could this be happening? I feel sick. The world's spinning. Sugar. Fudge. Wallpaper paste. Buckets. King. Fish. Leg.

"Hey Tiff- Woah! Are you okay?" a voice said. I nodded very slowly.

"Are you sure?" another voice said. I closed my eyes and stumbled back to a bed. I collapsed onto my bed and the world went black.

Sirius's P.O.V

"When will she wake?" I said, impatiently. I was sat by Tiff's bed, holding her hand tightly.

"Be patient Paddy, she will eventually!" James said. I lowered my head onto her pillow. We had found Tiff ill. We had no idea what was wrong. We just panicked and carried her to the Hospital Wing. We and to stand outside while Poppie sorted her out. She's been out for a day. Nobody knew as we haven't been out of the wing.

"SIRIUS ORION BLACK THE THIRD AND JAMES 'I DON'T KNOW YOUR MIDDLE NAME BUT NOW IT WILL BE KARRY' POTTER!" screamed a very angry Lily, followed by Soph, Kelly, Alice and Maya.

"WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU TELL US ABOUT TIFF!" screeched Soph.

"SHE'S OUR BESTFRIEND!" Kelly yelled.

"YOUR IDIOTS!" Alice shouted.

"IS SHE OKAY?!" screamed Maya, the only one who was talking sense.

"She'll be fine guys!!!" I said over the commotion. They all huffed and stood around the bed, watching Tiff.

"So what actually happened?" Lily said, breaking the tension.

"We went to get her as you guys asked and we found her just staring strangely at your dresses as if something was wrong, then she started to stumbled backwards and she blacked out on the bed so we carried her here." James explained. Lily sat down in the chair on the other side of Tiff.

"Guys, maybe if we try to talk to her, she'll wake up. It has happened in stories!" Lily said. All the girls nodded but me and James just looked at each other, unsure.

"Yeah but Lily thats in stories!" I said. James nodded.

"Well, it's worth a try!" Lily argued. I shrugged, giving in.

"Who's going first?" James asked. Everyone looked around.

"Maybe we should leave as one person talks to her." Kelly said. Everyone nodded.

"So again, who first?" James asked again. Kelly raised her hand. We all walked silently out of the hospital wing.

Kelly's P.O.V

We all were going to be given a chance to talk to Tiff alone, she was in the hospital wing unconscious. I had a lot to say so I was pleased. Everyone else had to leave so that was even better.

"Hey Tiff, it's me Kelly, the one who left you. I miss you like mad! We only just made up two days ago and now I might lose you, I really don't want to. You've always been my best friend Tiff, I was only mad at you because you left me... for a boy as well! Well, I shouldn't whine because now I've got you back. I'm so sorry for what I said about your brother, I know you loved him so much and it wasn't your fault even if you think it was, trust me it wasn't! I admit I got jealous too, you were always so happy and looked as if you had no problems in the world. We have so many memories and I really want to make more. Do you remember when we went to the park that day and we had a massive water fight and we had to go home soaking wet because be forgot spare clothes? One of the best days of my life. Don't leave me Tiff!" by the time I finished, I was crying. I held Tiff's hand tightly, willing her to come back.
