My gaze was fixated on the serene blue sky of the Mediterranean, captivated by its beauty. Beside me, my lovely spouse rested on the sun lounger, her graceful form revealing her pregnancy. Adorned in an elegant white dress with a subtle side slit, complemented by a pink bikini top and bottom, her dark brown hair cascaded down, exuding a newfound vibrancy. Engrossed in a pregnancy book, her hazelnut eyes remained steadfast, unwavering.

Despite the brevity of our honeymoon, I was filled with exhilaration. Concerned about Liliana's well-being, as she entered her fourth month of pregnancy, I heeded her doctor's cautionary words about a potential early arrival. Furthermore, the presence of Tamara, who posed a threat, heightened my apprehension, fearing harm befall Liliana or, worse yet, our unborn children.

The mere thought evoked a chilling sensation that coursed through my being. Never had I anticipated experiencing such emotions, but since encountering Liliana and enduring the trials we faced, I realized that my heart could not bear the loss. The time Liliana spent in the hospital had nearly consumed my sanity.

My gaze shifted towards one of our boats, harboured nearby, named Liberty—a vessel that had been passed down through generations in my family. Primarily utilized for business purposes, it currently resided here in Monaco's Monte Carlo. Renowned for its unparalleled size, Liliana had yet to experience a boat of this magnitude.

Constructed in 1948 by my great-great grandfather, Liberty stood as a testament to his craftsmanship. Unmarred by any form of damage, it elegantly sailed upon the water, dwarfing the neighbouring yachts in comparison.

Relaxing in my seat, I savoured the symphony of crashing waves, mingled with melodious conversations and the cacophony of squabbling birds. Intermittently, waiters would approach, eager to attend to our needs.

Noticing Liliana humming, I turned my attention towards her, a faint smile forming on my face as she sat upright. Drawn to her, I leaned in, capturing her lips in a playful bite of her lower lip.

She emitted a gentle moan and softly parted her lips, murmuring, "I was hoping... if you could assist me by applying more sunscreen?"

Smirking at her request, I admired her figure once more, encompassing the beautiful protrusion that carried our two children flawlessly.

“Now, Mrs Knight, that is an offer I cannot decline," I responded with a smile. Rising from my seat, I approached Liliana who was seated on a sun lounger in front of me. Delicately, I unfastened her white sundress, lightly caressing her back with the tips of my fingers as I did so.

Taking the sunscreen from the table next to me, I applied a small amount onto my fingers before carefully rubbing it onto her back, ensuring full coverage.

"My love, you possess such exquisite beauty. Every aspect of you stirs within me a desire that cannot be ignored," I whispered against her skin.

 "Perhaps later?" she inquired.

"Darling, I could never refuse that. It would be unjust for me to neglect the needs of my pregnant wife. It is now my duty to fulfil them indefinitely," I responded.

Drawing her onto my lap, I reclined, her back pressed against my chest. My fingers splayed across her beautiful belly, feeling the gentle kicks of our twins and bringing a smile to my face.

"It seems they enjoy my touch," I remarked.

"Mhmm, they certainly do. Especially at night," Liliana said with a slight wince.

"Are you alright?" I asked, a surge of concern coursing through me.

"Yes, my love. Baby 2 just kicked my ribs."
