"HII BRAZIL" kel screamed running into basil's room
"Hey, Kel.." Basil smiled
"How are you doing?? You look terrible-"
"Oh- I'm fine I guess.. But you should probably worry more about Sunny. I'll be fine.."
"I'm pretty sure he is asleep right now so i came to see you"
Basil smiled "Thank you. I'm glad you still care enough to see me considering that Sunny would be fine if it wasn't for me.."
"I'm not a bad person- it was just a silly fight, it's ok!!" Kel smiled
Basil nodded "Thank you, Kel.."
"Of course!! Hero and Aubrey are gonna be here in a minute too."
"Okay!" Basil smiled
"What caused you guys's fight? I'm curious because you two got really hurt from it-"
Basil stopped smiling and looked a bit nervous "Uhm.. I'd rather not talk about that..."
"Okay!" Kel smiled ¨So besides that.. How have you been??¨
"Fine I guess.. How are you??"
"I've been good!! Hector has been really evil"
"Oh no, how so?"
¨He keeps pouncing on me everytime i go outside¨
Basil giggled "Are you okay?"
¨Yeah-¨ Kel giggled
"Good."
Aubrey walked in ¨Hi Basil!!¨
"Hey Aubrey..."
¨Sorry for being mean a few days ago..¨
Basil smiled at Aubrey "It's okay!"
Aubrey smiled ¨How are you??¨
"I'm fine.. You??"
¨You sure??¨ Aubrey said, obviously worried. ¨You and sunny both got hurt pretty badly, so..¨
"Yeah I guess.. I mean it really is my fault the whole thing happened so it doesn't matter how i am.."
¨What do you mean??? I'm sure it's not entirely your fault..¨
"I don't know.. I guess you're right but.. I just feel mostly to blame for what happened to Sunny and I..."
¨You where both really mad so your not completely to blame..¨
"I guess you're right.. Thank you Aubrey."
¨Of course!" Aubrey smiled and ruffled Basil's hair jokingly.
Basil giggled. "You never did answer me, how are you?"
¨I'm good!!¨
"I'm glad!"
Hero walked in and waved at Basil then stood near Kel.
¨Hi Hero!!¨ Kel giggled evilly
"Hello Kel."
¨What took you so long??¨
"I was asking a doctor how Sunny was doing."
¨How is Sunny??¨
"The doctor said he was doing fine."
¨That's good!!¨
Hero nodded
¨So, Basil; Are you and Sunny gonna stay friends?¨ Aubrey said- honestly just confused.
"I don't know.. I hope so but i'd get it if he doesn't want to..." Basil replied sadly.
¨He is most likely going to forgive you.. He's just the type to do that.¨
Basil nodded "Thank you.."
¨Of course!¨ Aubrey hugged Basil
Basil hugged her back and smiled, "I really missed your hugs.."
Aubrey smiled ¨Really?¨
"Mhm, I just honestly miss hanging out with you in general.."
¨I missed hanging out with you too!¨
"Thank you for giving me another chance.."
¨Of course!¨ Aubrey giggled
Kel looked out the window and screamed ¨SUNNY??!!"
Basil looked at Kel "WHAT HAPPENED??"
Aubrey let go of basil and looked at kel literally slapping her hand over her mouth, ¨oh my god.-¨
Hero ran out of the room to alert an adult what had happened.
"WHAT WAS IT???" Basil was really worried.
Kel ran out of the hospital room
Aubrey looked at Basil
"What happened, Aubrey???"
"Sunny-" she was too flabbergasted
Basil stared at Aubrey in shock "What.."
"He fell off the roof."
"You're lying.. Right?"
Aubrey shook her head
Basil started crying "There's a way he survived right??"
Aubrey hugged basil "i don't think so"
Basil looked at the floor "What even happened.. Why would this happen???" Basil hugged Aubrey back.
"I dont know.."
"Was it an accident or did he do this on purpose..?" Basil's voice was extremely shaky.
"I hope it was an accident honestly, I don't really wanna think that he did it on purpose."
Basil nodded "You're not going to leave like Hero and Kel did right? I don't think I can handle being alone right now..."
"Of course not."
"Thank you so much..."
"Mhm!" aubrey said in like a trying-to-be-happy sad voice
"Do you think Kel and Hero will be alright..??"
"I don't know; Kel is probably gonna be really upset about it and Hero i don't know.."
"I can't believe this happened right after everyone started to hang out again..."
Aubrey not knowing what to say hugged basil tighter
"Thank you for staying here with me, Aubrey.."
"Of course,"
Basil started to cry even worse and hugged Aubrey tighter.
"It's gonna be okay Basil.."
"Okay.." Basil took a deep breath and calmed down a bit.
"Even if it was on purpose, I'm sure it wasn't any one person's fault, it'll be okay."
"Are you sure?"
"Mhm.."
"Thank you so much Aubrey.."
"Your welcome" Aubrey started crying
"I'm sorry.." Basil hugged Aubrey tighter.
"It's okay; it's not your fault."
"I know but I just don't like seeing you cry.."
Aubrey hugged Basil tighter
"Everything is going to be okay, Aubrey."
Aubrey kind of let go of basil a bit but was still hugging him "Sorry- i'm probably hugging you too tight.."
"No, it's okay I don't mind, I like your hugs.."
Aubrey smiled "Are you gonna be okay? I'm not leaving yet but I'm honestly worried."
"Honestly, I don't know.. I'm sure I will since you're here though.."
