I am sitting in the cabin of Dr.Ganeshan from last 1 hour, but still he didn't said anything and kept reading some reports. He is really a strict and punctual person with perfection. I learnt a lot from him, his way of teaching and presenting the lectures are really interesting. He is one of the popular Doctor all over the globe, with many achievements.

Finally after reading one more report, he looked at me and gave me an envelope.

Me: What's this sir?

Dr.Ganeshan: Open it, you will know

I opened it and it's contain shocked me,

Me: Sir ninga retire aagga poringla?

He nodded with a grin,

Dr.Ganeshan: Innum hardly 2 to 3 weeks daan iruku

Me: But sir this is totally unfair!! I didn't get to work under you even for a year

He chuckled and started to stack up some papers into a file

Dr.Ganeshan: It's not like I am going from here, it's just that I will be retired. But remember I am always there for all of you to guide you to the right path. So before my retirement, I am going to give you some work. For which only I can trust you and some of my other students. Will you do it for me?

He gave me the same file which he arranged some time before

Dr.Ganeshan: These are some of my most close patients reports and health reports regarding their regular basis. Your work is to handle all of these patients after my retirement

I widened my eyes, because this is such a big task. It's been only some months and he is trusting me so easily

Me: But sir how can I handle this? I mean I don't have experience and what about the patients they trust you, what if they will not agree for this?

Dr.Ganeshan: Don't worry about that. I have already talked to them about this changes. Also you have already handled some of the patients before

Me: Yeah you have sent me to check them on your absence. But did they agree for that? Because there are more trusted and famous doctors in Chennai

Dr.Ganeshan: They also agreed for this. You just focus on your work and don't take too much stress

Me: I am trying my best to forget that. But it reminds me whatever I do

Dr.Ganeshan: You think too much that it keep repeating in your brain. Just follow doctor Naresh's instructions and medicines, you will be totally fine

Me: I will

Dr.Ganeshan: Did you talked to your parents?

Hearing about them I felt empty, like no feeling. Like if we think about our mom or dad we feel a warmth feeling. But in my case I feel EMPTY.

Me: It's better I don't tell them that I am here, I don't want them to know about my personal matters

He didn't said anything and hummed

Dr.Ganeshan: But now you are under my responsibility. Once your parents came to know about this they will blame me

Me: No sir, appa ongla yeppovemain oru father figure dha paatanga. He trusts you and your decisions. I don't want him in my life including my problems
