(Inside a laboratory, a young man named Lawrence Anders is seen looking at the stars as he hears a voice.)
????: Codename Super-1: It's time to begin your operation.
(He goes to the operation room, and some moments later, he is seen in the bed as the scientists prepare to operate him.)
Man: We're all set. Commencing operation.
(Then they prepare to operate him as his voice can be heard narrating.)

Lawrence (Narrator): My name is Lawrence Anders.
(A flashback shows Lawrence looking at a project he volunteered to become part of.)
Lawrence (Narrator): I'm part of the secret Project Cyborg team. The team consists on ten scientist and Dr. Henry, the director.
(The scientists and Doctor Henry are seen working.)
Lawrence (Narrator): According to the US Department of State, the world population will exceed 10 billions in the future.
(The pictures of skinny people are shown.)
Lawrence (Narrator): Human overpopulation leads to famine and countless other problems.
(The scene cuts to space.)
Lawrence (Narrator): We believe space exploration is the key to prevent the crisis.
(Then a rocket is shown
Lawrence (Narrator): That's why we've made plans to build an outpost on Planet S1.
(Planet S1 is shown, and then the scientist look at the blueprints of the project.)
Lawrence (Narrator): But no one knows what to expect on Planet S1. There may be dangers there beyond our wildest imaginations.
(The scientist shake hands.)
Lawrence (Narrator): To prepare for this, the creation of a cyborg was necessary. A cyborg is a superhuman being capable of overcoming any obstacle.
(Then Lawrence approaches Dr. Henry)
Lawrence: Henry, I volunteer to be the first to undergo the cyborg operation.
Henry: Lawrence, the operation is irreversible. There's no turning back. You'll have to give up your human life.
Lawrence: I've weighed the risks.
(Doctor Henry turns to Lawrence.)
Henry: Lawrence... you were raised here after losing your parents. Is that why you volunteered? Because you're an orphan?
Lawrence: No, not at all. I'm doing this because I know my father believed in this. He believed that space holds the key for mankind's future.
(He sees a shooting star.)
Lawrence: (in mind) A shooting star. It's a sign. My father is calling me from outer space.
Henry: (to Lawrence) Very well. You'll be our first cyborg, Lawrence.
Lawrence: (nods) Yes, sir.
(Flashback Ends)
(The scientist finish the operation.)
Henry: Operation complete.
(Then the scientist leave as Lawrence is seen in the bed as Henry approaches the microphone.)
Henry: Super-1. Super-1. Wake up, Super-1.
(Lawrence wakes up and turns to Henry.)
Lawrence: Dr. Henry, is the operation...?
Henry: Don't get up yet, Lawrence.
(Henry then amplifies something which turns Lawrence into Kamen Rider Super-1, who gets up and turns to Doctor Henry again.)
Henry: Lawrence, the operation is a success. You are now our first cyborg. Codename: Super-1. That's who you are now.
(End of Prologue.)
