Don't be fooled, readers, The Gate will not be scrapped. It'll just be on a very prolonged hiatus.
I dislike how the story progressed and how messy the pacing is. I dislike all of the setup. And I dislike how I wrote some of the characters most of all.
Previous chapters will be kept up, available to read until then. But in the meantime, I'll be rewriting this book. When finished, this chapter will disappear, and you'll be free to indulge in a story worth reading.
