At his lair, Doctor Octopus had completed the finishing touches on his latest invention.
"Behold! The extraction-inator. I will use it to extract all of Charlie McGee's power, then every city on the planet will become nothing but goop. After that is finished, I'm going to repopulate the whole world with machines." he said.
After Doctor Octopus walked out onto where he parked the armored truck, this mechanical arms threw it into the water in an effort to hide any evidence about the bank robbery.
"It's go time." said Doctor Octopus as he set off for the Manders farm with the intention to kidnap Charlie McGee.
