Bucky had a bad feeling the moment the jet took off something bad is gonna happen, but he shook it off and blamed it at the fact that you left but his mind kept refreshing the thought multiple times he couldn't help but be extra worried about you ,his mind drifted to dark thoughts that may happen what if things went south and you didn't make it? No no steve is there he will protect you he didn't want to assume the worst but it kept eating his mind .

What if you died?

He didn't realize that he's shaking until he looked down at his hands he took a shakey breath in attempt to calm himself down he knew you were strong he saw you sparing with natasha in training you fight like it's no one's business you were good but that did little to nothing to ease his fears of losing you .JARVIS cut his train of thoughts .

" mr.barnes captain Rogers is requesting your presence on the 50th floor" he frowned.

"Steve is here ?"

" yes sir ,he arrived thirty minutes ago and asked for your presence " he was afraid of the next answer.

" do you know why?"

" my apologies sir,but I can't answer that question according to captain's wishes" he immediately knew something happened .

In a blink he was in the elevator heading to floor50 ,his heartbeat picked up on the way as the he heard a soft 'ding' announcing his arrival ,the first thing he saw when he stepped out is the whole team he did a quick counte you weren't with them they all held diffrent emotions on their faces guilt ,fear,sadness,regret,worry and a ot other ;he ran to them Steve immediately stood when he saw him.

"What happened?" He asked ,no one dared to answer the angry soldier .steve came infront of him.

" why don't you sit down?" Said Steve trying to calm him.

"What happened steve?where is lana?" Steve seemed to keep ignoring him wich only made him more angry.

"Calm down we can ta-"

"DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN, WHERE IS SHE?" He screamed in his face now he looked at him he noticed tears in his eyes he took a deep breath.

"She got shot ,h-he was gonna shoot me but s-she stood infront of me and took it instead " he felt like his heart stopped, sobs were heard behind them everyone was crying or had been even Loki but they were too worried to tease him about it, but the most of them is steve he felt horrible if she died he wont forgive himself ever .

"No no you-you're lying ,tell me You're lying Steve " he shook his head .

"I'm sorry" he whispered ,he felt tears flowing from his eyes  as he stared at the door of the surgery room waiting for her to open it and tell him that she's okay and that it's just one of her silly tricks but she never did.
