The next day, Jack paid a visit to the realtor, Mr. Barclay. He was typing on his laptop while Jack sat there and waited patiently, "Well, you saw the club, and you want to buy it?" he asked, and Jack nodded. "Alright, there's a few more things we need to go over. First, all sales are final. Second, you are liable for anything and everything that happens in this club, and lastly, you are responsible for the payment of all bills and fees for ownership of this club. Do you understand?" He asked Jack, who took a while to answer, and he said, "I certainly do, sir." Most of the realtors were friendly, but this one was very stern and unfriendly, to Jack in particular. Mr Barclay finished up typing and then folded his hands, waiting for Jack. "Oh." Jack said before he took out his suitcase, and opened it, revealing the $250,000. Mr. Barclay counted every stack of money, making sure that it was up to par. Once he counted it all, he finalized everything, giving Jack a piece of paper to sign, which he did right away. And then he gave Jack the keys to the nightclub. He looked back at his laptop, typing an email, and only said, "Good luck." to Jack. Now Jack was not particularly fond of this realtor, but he was glad that he was to the point and for the most part honest with the sale and his legitimacy, which was somewhat respectable. Jack twirled the keys around and then clipped them onto his belt. With the remaining money he had, he would invest in supplies, equipment, renovations and furniture as well as decor. Jack went to the nightclub, and looked around the inside of it. It needed work, but he knew what to do. He would have a construction and renovation crew come in, and set it up exactly how he wanted it. This would be the perfect place for people to come and drink, get to know one another, dance and have a good time.
