As I sit in the library, I keep going back to the moment we had. Its been 2 days since then and he isn't giving me any signals. I thought we had a spark but I guess not, I mean Im not the prettiest girl in our school. I got up to grab a book from the romance section. I saw one that looks very promising. I tried to grab it but I couldn't reach it. "Need any help?" A deep voice calls out as I jump back. I look up to see a very handsome guy in front of me. He had dark hair, was very tall, and glasses. "Y-yes please." I said still trying to keep balance. While he grabbed the book I looked at him and he looked very familiar but I had never seen him before. "Tha-" I stopped myself as he put the book on a higher shelf and walked away. I grabbed my things and stormed out of there.

Im walking to my locker and out of nowhere Lisa jumps at me. "Hey y/n how was studying?" "Tbh I wasn't studying, Just listening to music. Guess what happened while I was in the library. Some random guy offered to grab a book for me and then put it on the top shelf." I rolled my eyes while telling her how annoyed I was. "Well, was he hot?" I just looked to the side trying to act upset but I ended up grinning a little and she bursted out laughing. "Hey that isn't funny!" I grabbed her arm and dragged her to the cafeteria. "Hey y/n meet me at the lunch table." I nodded and got in the lunch line. "Can I get the salad? Also a sherbet?" " sorry just gave away the last one." I grabbed my lunch and turned to see that the boy from the library got the last sherbet. I stormed to the table where vinnie was sitting with Lisa and her boyfriend. "Hey y/n you ok?" Vinnie asked looking concerned. "Some guy made her mad at the library." Lisa said with a little giggle. "Not just that he also took the last sherbet." I said while rolling my eyes. "Don't worry just have mine." Vinnie said with a gentle smile. "Thanks!" I said as I ripped the wrapper.

I pack up my things as the bell rang. " Y/N you wanna come over to my house later? My parents are out on a business trip so the house will be empty. We could watch a movie?" "Sure" I said with a warm smile. My heart jumped with joy. Finally something good happened. This could keep my mind off other that boy from the library.
