Chapter 2 - he chosen you for a reason

( ok sorry for the long wait but chapter 2 is finally here. )

Scarlet POV -
I rode in on Awa we were attacking a train transport I was leading the war party I ululated flying towards the train next to Na'yo he did war cries " Eko! Eko! Eko! " I shouted to my people I shot at The Sky Demons screaming then flew up " Takuk take the others. Attack from the side punch a hole through that train! " I commanded " Alright. " he said I saw Jake sons going onto the field I titled my head curiously.

The Train exploded me and Na'yo started ululating
over our victory " Do not cheer yet Scarlet. " a scout said through the comms I stopped " there are more demon ships " Neteyam, Lo'ak I know your down there get out of there it's about to get bloody. " I said " but aunt Scarlet - " Lo'ak tried " that wasn't a suggestion Lo'ak that was an order me and Jake let you two come but as scouts! Now get back up here! " I said.

I aimed at the ship whispering to Eywa " Protect everyone Eywa. " I whispered as I shot the pilot they went down I turned to Na'yo he turned to me nodding " Jake are your kids alright? " I asked
" Neteyam is injured but Lo'ak alright. " he said I placed my hand over my heart sighing " everyone. We are done for today! " I said we all went back
" Mom! " Ata'ney yelled as Awa landed with a screech I got off petting her breaking our bond giving her a treat.

I moved my bow as I turned Ata'ney came to me hugging me I giggled " I am alright. " I assured him
" where is your mother? " I asked " she's in the tent. "
he said we went their Saeyla was holding Ruteya in her arms " Mom! " Ute'anin said seeing me Saeyla turned them smiled titling her head seeing me I smiled she turned to my shoulder.

" what happened? " she asked " huh? " I asked I turned to my shoulder seeing it all bloody " oh... we were attacking a train. Takuk and the others wrecked it on the ground I guess some pieces flew at me. I'm fine. " I said " please My Scarlet go see Mo'at at least. " she said " come on mom I'll take you there. " Ata'ney said pulling my hand I sighed but followed him.

" Mo'at! " he said " what is it - Scarlet? " she asked seeing me " mom is hurt! " he said pointing out my shoulder " come Scarlet. " she said I came she healed my wound " you have to be more careful out their. " she said " you are leader of the hunters now. You cannot be reckless. " she said " I am not I'm doing what's best for my people safety. " I said " and this was a little accident. " I said " accident or not. Which I'm guessing not. Please try and be more careful. Not only for the people. But.... for your family. Saeyla needs you. And so do your children. " she said making me look at her " I will. Thank you Mo'at. " I said she nodded.

I went back home " mom are you ok? " Ute'anin asked I nodded " I told you I was fine your not losing me that easily especially to a Filthy Sky Demon. " I said I hissed victoriously he laughed I attacked him he screamed backing up I laughed " come. " I said he cane me I pulled him in hugging him I smiled I thought of Sylwanin I held my necklace " you alright mother? " Ute'anin asked I turned to him " yes. " I said I leaned against the tent thinking.

" do you still see them? " Saeyla asked I turned to her confused " the others. " she asked " of course I do. " I said she looked at me " that is not what I mean My Scarlet. " she said I sighed " I know.... " I said looking at Ute'anin " You should speak to Mo'at about it... just in case. " she said crouching towards me I thought about it " I will.... " I said.

Later -

I went to the Tree Of Souls I landed Awa she screeched I got off giving her a treat I went inside connecting hearing the voices " when are you going to tell? " Atan voice asked me " you too? " I asked " just asking Scarlet. " he said " have you figure out your orange eyes yet? " Atan asked
" no... I will though.... " I said " is Tsu'tey
here? " I asked " he's busy. With Sylwanin he's catching her up with all that has happened. " he said twirling around me bored  " how is
Seayla? " he asked.

" she's fine. " I said " what is wrong Scarlet? " he asked " something big is about to happen isn't it? "I asked worried he stop twirling around and stared at me " I wish I can tell you to give you a heads up. But I do not know myself. " he said " I heard Mo'at. and she's right you shouldn't be reckless your the lead Huntress now. Our people need you alive and well Scarlet. " he said.

" I know.... I try my best but. My Best is not good enough. " I said " Tsu'tey made you the lead Huntress as he laid dying Scarlet. Your one of the oboe he entrusted that role to you. You must trust his decision Scarlet. With everything lead the people. I know you will and I'll be beside you always even if it doesn't feel like it. " he said I stared at him.
