I placed the zentangle designs where the shading of the drawing is. I wasn't sure how to approach this kind of artwork as I'm more of a character artist, so I tried to incorporate it into what I normally do.
These are early designs of her but not much has changed as she would surely still wear this outfit. The main differences would probably be her physique, her hair, her palette, and maybe her posture as well? Since she's not the timid type.
