They fixed the chemical leak at the school so now we can all go back. I woke up this morning and did my personal hygiene routine. I put on my outfit and walked downstairs and greeted my mother.
"Hey ma"
"hey baby, how did you sleep?"
"really good, what about you?"
"I slept really well, thanks for asking"
I missed having normal conversations with my mom. She was always away for work so I barely got a chance to see her anymore. I understood though... She had to work her butt off so that me and my sister could have the best life possible.
A few moments later, Deja came downstairs and we headed out the door after she told my mom good morning. We got into my car and headed towards the school.
Once we got there, I saw Que leaning up against his car with Issa and the rest of the crew around him. We got out of the car and I headed towards them while Deja made her way towards her friends who were waiting for her at the door.
I told everyone hey and gave each a hug and then I went by Que.
Que: "hey babe" he said when I got right by him with a soft peck on the lips.
Me: "hey, whats up"
Que: "nothing, we were just making plans to head out tonite.. wanna come with us"
Me: "nahh, I dont wanna intrude on your guy time"
Issa: "its cool, we were all gonna bring someone anyway"
Me: oh okay..cool.
Que: So u coming?
Me: yeahh.. what were y'all gonna do?
Durante: probable hit up a movie and then go eat afterwards... something simple.
Just as I was about to reply, the bell rang.
Me: I'm down.. I'll see y'all later.
I caught up with Taylor and we headed to class together. As soon as i sat down, I felt my phone vibrate. I pulled it out to see that I had a txt from Que.
Hey Krys, I forgot to tell you how beautiful you looked. I can't wait to spend time with you tonight. I miss you already.
I smiled at the message. I loved the little things that he constantly did to make me smile. I hope this never ends.
