Eraser and Pen have to cancel date plans because of heavy rain and they stay at Eraser's home watching god-awful films and laughing their socks off.Pen looked out the window and frowned at the rain. "I don't think we can go to the amusement park today," he said as he sighed and closed the curtains. "Oh." Pen looked back to Eraser, who was staring at his feet with a blank expression on his face. His heart twinged. He knew Eraser was looking forward to this, and he knew how Eraser hated when things didn't go as 100% expected. Pen sat down on the couch next to his boyfriend, twiddling with his thumbs as he spoke.
"It's okay, we can go tomorrow! How about we have an at-home movie date?"
Eraser looked over at him and softly smiled. "Yeah, that would be nice."
The rest of their night was spent watching horribly-done romcoms on the couch together with snacks and blankets. It was around midnight when Pen felt a weight fall on his shoulder. He looked down and grinned at the sight of Eraser, who had fallen asleep. His chest gently rose and fell, his snoring quiet. Pen turned the TV off and carefully got up, scooping up the shorter man in his arms.
He walked to Eraser's bedroom and set him down on his mattress, pulling the comforter over him. Pen yawned and rubbed his eyes before climbing in next to him, dozing off shortly after.
