It's day two of them being pretend real girlfriends or whatever that thing is called. Nicx just published the new ending of Unforeseen and she also plans to add a bonus chapter to really make bawi kay Arin.

Since wala pa din siyang story na maisip for her book, she also plans na ang Unforeseen mismo ang ipa-publish niya as a physical book so people would be able to buy it. That also means that her readers that knows her as Nicole Xyryl will also know her as 'nicolethesecond' that's actually her username in her old account she used when she was just writing for fun. People will get a glimpse of how she is as a writer from her younger years and well, if she ends up receiving bad reviews due to how clumsy or cringe some of her scenes are in the book, she knows she wouldn't care.

People's skills grow better in time and hers is exactly like that. She can actually see herself writing her dedication for Arin once it's all over and to be published physically in a book. Honestly though, she just wants to make bawi sa best friend niya who is now her girlfriend. Damn. Night changes really fast huh.

That also makes her think, wala pang may alam na girlfriends na sila. Not even their closest friends.

Nicx ❤:

Hey girlfriend! Busy ka ba?

Girlfriend ❤:

Nope! May problema ba? Do you need me?

Nicx ❤:

I'm just thinking. Shouldn't we go on dates and post something sa socmed natin? For our family and friends to know about us?

Girlfriend ❤:

Oo nga noh, tama ka jan Nicx. Sige sige. Pick me up?

Nicx ❤:

Why does this look like I am going to plan our date and stuff?

Girlfriend ❤:

Technically oo, ikaw nag suggest eh. 😁 Sige na Nicx, magpe-prepare na ako, pick me up in an hour 😁 surprise me 😜

Nicx ❤:

Damn it! Fine. Don't be too excited, wala sa dugo ko ang pagiging romantic 😒 wag ka mag-isip ng high expectations and all. I'll prepare na din 😒

Girlfriend ❤:

Still, girlfriend mo na ako. Surprise me Nicx 😁 gtg prepare na talaga. See you later 😗

Natawa nalang si Nicx sa conversation nila ni Arin. For real, they wanted to be real girlfriends and yet they act so much like best friends.

How does even one just go from being best buddies to girlfriends? Clearly wala silang idea pareho ni Arin.

And now she had to prepare a surprise for the woman. Ano namang surprise gagawin niya?

"oh my God! My head's hurting!!!!" she says sabay tumayo na para maghanda, she can multitask naman into getting dressed and thinking.

"heeeeey" Nicx greeted as soon as she saw Arin walking out mula sa bahay nito.

"wala ba sila lola and mama sa bahay?" she asked as she opened the car door for Arin.

"naks, gentlewoman ah." Arin teases her.

"tss, as if we don't always do this for each other." sagot naman niya dito bago sumakay na din sa driver's seat.

"you're right. and hmm, to answer your question kanina, wala sila ngayon. Nasa company pa, late yata silang uuwi ngayon eh, they'll have a business meeting dinner kasama si tito Victor." sabi ni Arin that made her nod her head.

Of course, sinabi nga pala ng dad niya yun kanina bago ito umalis after their breakfast but she just forgot about it.

"I forgot the fact that dad told me about it." she said sabay nagmaneho na.

"kinakalimutan mo sinasabi ni tito ha, baka next niyan yung sinasabi ko na makakalimutan mo..lagot ka sakin if ever sinasabi ko sayo Nicole Xyryl." natawa siya sa sinabi ng best friend/ girlfriend niya.

She knows in herself she'll never forget anything related kay Arin.

"break up with me pag nangyari yan." she said so casually habang nagmamaneho.

"tas sasadyain mong kalimutan so I'd break up with you agad? no way! kaka start pa nga lang natin eh. we have to work on being actually together together for real noh. wag kang gumawa ng bagay na sisira nun." Arin reminded her in which she nodded agreeing.

"don't worry, I won't Arin. swerte ko kaya na girlfriend kita." she said with a smile sabay nilingon saglit si Arin na nakatingin na din sa kanya.

"good that you know." sagot nito with a voice hinting of being playful that made her chuckle.

Alam naman niyang ma swerte siya kay Arin. She also knows it's very easy to fall para dito.

God. What if I end up falling and she won't? Then what?!!!

As soon as na park na ni Nicx ang kotse niya, her phone started ringing.

"teka lang, check ko kung sino." she said as Arin nodded and waited for her.

Kumunot naman ang noo ni Nicx bago nag eye roll sabay ni reject ang tumatawag.

"hmm? who was it?" Arin asked her as she went out sa kotse niya.

"just Ben." sagot niya when the woman also went out.

"nanliligaw pa din?" tanong nito as they started walking.

"unfortunately, yes." she answered.

Arin stopped walking for awhile and took in kung nasan sila.

"perya?" tanong nito as she looked at Nicx.

Ngiting-ngiti naman si Nicx kay Arin.

"it had been long since we last went out to enjoy the day, sabi mo e-surprise kita, figured this will make you feel that. gusto mo din magpunta sa perya matagal na diba?" she asked the woman na tumango sa kanya.

Niyakap siya bigla ni Arin bago magsalita, "thank you, I appreciate this for real." sabi nito that made her smile. She hugged Arin back tighter.

"anything for you Arin." she answered as they continued hugging.

After a few more seconds ay humiwalay na sila sa isa't-isa.

"let's go and enjoy the rest of the day?" Nicx asked Arin and the latter nodded. It was Arin who actually held her hand and pulled her towards every place and stall.

Falling for her will be easy.

Nicx thinks as she lets Arin drag her everywhere.
