Ellie's POV

So we started doing the assignement about Medusa, I quickly found out what cruel things they did to her, it's awfull how much women pay the price not always silent for the actions of men.         We finished it and every group had to present it, they all talked about different things such as Prometheus's ending torment, Hera's actions towards Zeus's lovers, Hercules attemp of murder has a child and much more.                             

Now it was our turn and we decided that I was going to be the one to talk, Liam got up first and I followed right behind him. As soon as we got there I could feel every single pair of eyes of the class watching every move I decided to do. I shook my nerves away and began

"The story we are going to present is a very tragic story, but most of you know it by heart. We decided to talk about Medusa. It began with three gargoyle sisters, she was one of them, she was the only mortal of all three, she worked in Athena's temple. They say her beauty lardered him in, Athena's husband, Poseidon possesed her against her will, touching her in forbiden places for his own pleasure. 

Medusa went to Athena to explain what happened, but when she started explaining it to her, Poseidon told his version of the story before she could deny it, Athena's anger grew by the thought of another women with him, she believed her husband over a maiden. 

Revolted, Athena cursed the maiden, her beauthy was replaced with a hidius body, snakes instead of hair, legs replaced whith a tale like a snake and forever cursed to the ones that looked at her, will forever remain has a stone statue.

She was killed by Perseus son of Zeus while she was asleep, Medusa was decapitated and brought has a throphy to Athena. She putted Mudesa's head in a shield to protect those who would wear it."

Once I finished, I looked beside me and I see Liam staring at me, he had this curiosity and mystery in him, I probably should have stopped looking but I didn't want to. 

He looked away faster than me, we returned to our seats and our classmates continued with their presentacions, they were very interesting. 

Aleluiah! For once I have a teacher that brings interesting subjects to the class.

The ring finally came and  we all left the classroom, but Liam desaperead, I only saw him again in chemistry class. He was sitting on the back of the class. 

Mr. Shapiro told us to examine bacterias in the microscop and I enden up doing that with a girl. I think her name was Emily, she had red curly hair and black glasses. She was very smart so we were the first ones to finish the exercise. As soon as the class ended I didn't saw him for the rest of the day.
