Y/n was at Pigsy's Noodles as she was still thinking of what was happening before she came back. Y/n popped out of thought as she heard MK yell, "Oh, I had it with those Speedy Panda delivery brickheads! They've been sabotaging me all week!" Pigsy agreed, "Those punks with their flash froze. Microwave junk! Convenience can never replace a traditional home-cooked family recipe." MK sighs, "Yeah, but they do, do it quicker." Pigsy glared at him as MK says, "All I'm saying is maybe you could afford to pick up the pace."
Pigsy says back, "Pick up the pace? You're the one delivery driver! You pick up the pace! Every Noodle from Pigsy's Noodle Shop is handcrafted from scratch with love, care. It's what our customers have come to expect." Tang says, "Don't worry about me, Pigsy. I'm a loyal customer." Pigsy turns to him, cMore like a loyal freeloader." Tang gasps in offence. MK says, "I'm telling ya", Pigsy. If something doesn't change, we're gonna be running out if business!" Pigsy rolls his eyes, "Ah, you two don't get it. I poured my heart into this place. From the pots, to the utensils, even my grandmother's antique windows."
Y/n hums, "That's very sweet of you Pigsy." Pigsy nods and went to say something until a brick was tossed at the window which shatters. 'Guess I spoke too soon...' Thought y/n as the four notice a note. Y/n went to go read it, but Tang began to read it, "Hmm. "Attention: Pigsy's Noodles. Prepare for you worst nightmare! We challenge you to Food Wars to determine which restaurant truly regions Supreme. Signed, Speedy Panda."" MK asked, "So, someone gonna tell me what the donk "Food Wars" is?" Y/n shurgs as Pigsy answered, "Food Wars. The ultimate arena for chefs to duke it out, where the Victor's are hailed supreme above all others. Speedy Panda, I accept your challenge!"
Y/n looked away with a sigh.
- Long Timeskip -
After winning the championship, they're back at Pigsy's Noodles. Y/n sighs as she sat next to Tang.
MK yelled, "Order up!" He turns and serves Pigsy his recipe, "I don't know if I got the broth right." Pigsy chuckled, "It's all right, kid. You got plenty of time to learn. Hey, guys, thanks for having my back, back there." Y/n raised a brow, 'Maybe I should ask after...' MK nods, "You know it." Tang yelled, "Always!" Y/n turns confused at the Wukong's cardboard cutout, "Believe in yourself. Even a smidge makes all the difference." MK yelled, "H-He kind of said the thing! He says that to me. He says that to me a lot."
Y/n 'chuckled' a bit while Pigsy looks up at the pin-board, as he focuses in on a medal and a picture of him and MK.
