The moment the car parks in the entertainment company, a crowd of reporters circle the car and start shouting questions at Oikawa. Oikawa just bows and smiles as he gets showered with questions from all directions.
Oikawa “💭Ugh, these fuckers are so annoying.”
Reporter 1 “Oikawa-San.”
Reporter 2 “Oikawa-San.”
Reporter 1 “Oikawa-san, please comment about the picture that was released.”
Oikawa “💭Yeah, right, ask a better questions, idiot.”
Oikawa “💭Who would answer that?”
Reporter 2 “Oikawa-San, was that you and Kageyama-San in the picture?”
Oikawa “💭No, it wasn’t me; all 100 of you are imagining the same thing.”
Oikawa “💭So fucking dumb.”
Reporter 3 “What’s the nature of the relationship between the two of you?”
Reporter 1 “Were you kissing Kageyama-San in the picture?”
Oikawa “💭No, I was sucking his face.”
Oikawa keeps a warm smile on his face as his anger continues rising.
Reporter 2 “Oikawa-San, are you gay?”
Oikawa “💭No, I suck dick for fun.”
Kuro “We are sorry, but at the moment, we have no comment.”
Kuro says as he starts walking into the building between the reporter and Oikawa trailing him as more questions are shouted in their direction.
Reporter 2 “Oikawa-San, are you dating the volleyball player?”
Oikawa “💭You are doing great just stay calm and smile and ignore these idiots.”
Reporter 3 “Oikawa-San?”
Reporter 1 “Oikawa-San, please, answer?”
Oikawa “💭You dumb fucks. My manager just said we can’t answer.”
Reporter 2 “What is the meaning of the picture taken?”
Oikawa “💭Why do these idiots keep asking?”
Reporter 4 “How long have you two been dating?”
Oikawa “💭Do they think they will get special treatment and get an answer from me?”
Kuro continues pushing the reporters, bombarding Oikawa with questions, as he pulls Oikawa inside the agency building.
Kuro “This is a hell of a morning start.”
Kuro huffs once they are inside as Oikawa drops his warm smile and continues walking near him silently.
Kuro “All these reporters, and for what?”
Kuro “The picture wasn’t even clear.”
Kuro “What the hell is wrong with people?”
Kuro “What is with all the dumb questions?”
Kuro “What is your relationship?”
Kuro says in sarcasm.
Kuro “Come on.”
Kuro “At least ask better questions.”
Kuro “Why bother showing up here to ask dumb questions?”
Oikawa stays silent as he starts chewing at his nails, following Kuro into the management room.
Kuro “We even entered from the back door.”
Kuro “And there was a crowd of people.”
Oikawa “…”
Kuro “So fucking unbelievable.”
Oikawa sits on a chair near the meeting table as Kuro sits on the table near him continuing his ramble about the reporters and their outrageous stories.
A few minutes pass before a knock is heard, Oikawa immediately fixes his posture and smiles before Kageyama enters the room alone.
Kuro “Kageyama-Kun, I am so thankful that you managed to take a bit of your time to come here to discuss the matter.”
Kageyama just nods before sitting facing Oikawa.
Oikawa “Kageyama-kun, I am so sorry I had to drag you down about this matter.”
Kageyama “Well, it’s both of our faults.”
Kageyama “And it’s not a big deal.”
Oikawa nods and continues to smile at Kageyama.
Oikawa “You are right, we should have been careful.”
Oikawa “It’s good that the picture wasn’t clear.”
Kageyama “…”
Oikawa “Anyway, you won't mind refuting the news, right?”
Kageyama “Of course.”
Oikawa “That’s great.”
Kuro “Then we can hold a conference to announce that the picture is fake-"
Kageyama “No.”
Oikawa “Huh?”
Kageyama “I am only refuting the claim about our relationship.”
Kageyama “Because that is false.”
Kageyama “But the image that started everything.”
Kageyama “The unclear image of us kissing.”
Kageyama “I am not denying that.”
Oikawa “Ehh.”
Oikawa “Ka-Kageyama-kun, saying this might cause us problems.”
Kageyama “I never lie to the media.”
Kageyama “I am saying it was a one-night stand.”
Kageyama “I have nothing to hide.”
Kageyama “All my fans know that I always tell them the truth.”
Kageyama “And I am not planning to change that now.”
Oikawa “I-I understand t-that, but this might affect my work.”
Oikawa “My series is gonna air soon.”
Oikawa “And getting into a scandal  might cause an issue.”
Kageyama “Well, I apologize for that.”
Kageyama “But that is none of my concern.”
Kageyama “If you wanted to avoid a scandal, you should not have fooled around and gotten caught.”
Oikawa “You little-.”
Oikawa grumbles under his breath while Kageyama continues to look at him calmly, not bothered.
Oikawa “I understand that you want your fans to trust you but-.”
Kageyama sighs loudly, before he stands up.
Kageyama “This discussion is over.”
Kageyama “That’s all I have to say.”
Kageyama “If I got asked about what happened,I will tell the truth.”
Kageyama “Please excuse me.”
Kageyama “I have a game to prepare for, and I cannot waste any more time.”
Kageyama says and leaves the room after he bows unbothered before leaving. Oikawa screams in frustration and shoots up. He starts running out of the room, but Kuro grabs Oikawa’s arm.
Oikawa “What do you even think you are doing?”
Oikawa screams as he shoves his arm from Kuro’s grip.
Kuro “Oikawa, please calm down-.”
Oikawa “You are a useless piece of crap.”
Oikawa “Why were you even here if I had to do all the talking?”
Kuro “...”
Oikawa “He didn’t even agree.
Oikawa “Ugh.”
Oikawa grunts before giving Kuro one final push and storming from the room. He runs down the hallway in the entrance direction until he spots Kageyama.
Oikawa “Kageyama-Kun.”
Oikawa shouts, but Kageyama keeps walking.
Oikawa “💭Damn it.”
Oikawa “💭How can someone walk this fast?”
Oikawa continues running until he manages to grab Kageyama’s shirt making Kageyama stop. He turns around raising one eyebrow as Oikawa tries to catch his breath.
Oikawa “We need to talk.”
Kageyama “I already said all I have.”
Oikawa “Yes, But I didn’t.”
Oikawa “Can you come with me for a moment?”
Kageyama stays silent as he stares at the huffing man in front of him.
Oikawa “P-please?”
Kageyama sighs before nodding and following Oikawa. Once they enter the room, Kageyama leans on the wall near the door and crosses his arms as Oikawa takes a seat.
Oikawa “I understand your viewpoint about your fans.”
Kageyama “Then why am I here?"
Oikawa “Even though I understand, I cannot allow it.”
Kageyama “...”
Oikawa “We have to lie.”
Oikawa “My job-“
Kageyama “I already said I don’t care.”
Oikawa “Ugh, you shitty brat.”
Oikawa “Do you even know what people might say?”
Oikawa “Damn you fucker, this is not a joking matter.”
Oikawa “Aren’t you even bothered one bit by what people might think about you?”
Kageyama stays unbothered as Oikawa curses at him.
Kageyama “I guess people will also be surprised by your fake nice persona.”
Kageyama says calmly with a smirk stopping Oikawa's rambling.
Oikawa “What?”
Kageyama “What happened to the smiling sunshine that greeted me earlier?”
Oikawa “T-that-”
Kageyama “It’s quite surprising, honestly.”
Oikawa “…”
Oikawa stays silent as he gulps.
Kageyama “Your real personality…Mmm is quite something.”
Oikawa “...”
Kageyama “It really is surprising.”
Oikawa “...”
Kageyama “The number one most-liked actor in japan has the worst possible personality ever.”
Oikawa gulps as he starts biting at the side of his nails.
Kageyama “That will definitely be an amazing scoop, don’t you think?”
Oikawa “A-are you a fan?”
Kageyama smirks as he raises an eyebrow.
Kageyama “And what made you think that?”
Oikawa “That is the only thing that makes sense.”
Kageyama “Ha, and how so?”
Kageyama says with a smirk still plastered on his face.
Oikawa “You want this scandal to grow bigger, don’t you?”
Kageyama “Is that so?”
Kageyama says amused, as Oikawa continues biting his nails as he speaks.
Oikawa “You know that a one-nightstand means nothing other than pleasure, but you want more.”
Oikawa “You want to get closer to a celebrity.”
Kageyama “...”
Oikawa “Well, I am so sorry to burst your bubble, but that was only a one night thing.”
Oikawa “And nothing will change that.”
Oikawa “So, playing this card “I am so honest with my fans” is just bullshit.”
Oikawa “What you really want is to have something with me.”
Oikawa “You-.”
Kageyama “Alright, I had enough of your crap.”
Oikawa “Huh?”
Kageyama “I don’t care about you one bit.”
Oikawa “...”
Kageyama “I didn’t even know you existed until yesterday.”
Oikawa “…”
Kageyama “Even though I’d say we’re pretty good at it.”
Oikawa “…”
Kageyama “I thought we might meet again for that.”
Kageyama “But now, I don’t want anything to do with you.”
Kageyama “I am done here-“
Oikawa “W-wait.”
Oikawa grabs Kageyama before he exits the room.
Oikawa “Don’t you care if people find out that you are gay?”
Kageyama “The public already knows that.”
Oikawa “...”
Kageyama “Anything else?”
Oikawa “P-please, don’t tell them.”
Kageyama freezes as he hears Oikawa’s shaken voice.  He stares into Oikawa’s panicked eyes before shoving Oikawa against the door and slamming his lips against Oikawa’s soft ones.
