Potter y/n headcanons
Potter y/n and Snape find each other mildly amusing in very certain situations
Unknowingly after seeing potter y/n in a state of shock (looking very dead, mind you) from hitting their head, Snape became somewhat protective of them whenever seeing them mildly injured
Y/n potter/Snape both go by they/them, and she/her
Y/n Potter has a Pyrophobia, aka an intense fear of fire, and hates the idea of camping because of it.
If anyone were to try and give y/n potter Amortentia, they'd either be able to smell it or it'd have very mild effects that would make them want to simply stay by their side instead of actually feeling infatuated or it'd have the effect of them becoming overly protective and aggressive to anyone who tried to talk to the person they became infatuated with.
Fred and Cedric come up with nicknames for them together.
After Cedric's death, y/n felt a small genuine and confusing pang of emotion seeing Cedric pass away, and hearing Cedric dad cry reminded them of their mother's crying.
Hermione has a very, very small crush on y/n that flares up in certain situations, and then is forgotten when they do mean or dumb sh!t.
Snape sometimes sees y/n as himself and Hermione as lily when the two argue or are being sweet.
After the diary incident, y/n began getting intrusive thoughts more regularly
Y/n learned sign language young and tried teaching Harry, but he never really picked it up.
Well, y/n loves their brother they can't help but feel jealous each time he gets a crush, not because they want to be the crush but because they never had the ability to get crushes on anyone no matter the gender or looks.
Y/ns favorite Disney character is Elsa.
Harry, sometimes, just zones out thinking about how y/n could've been if they'd been raised differently or if he had protected them instead of them protecting him all their live's.
Y/n and Harry have matching eclipses, tattoos, y/n has a solar eclipse on the top of their hand, and Harry has a lunar eclipse on his wrist.
Hagrid has trouble sleeping at times, wondering what could've been if he pushed Dumbledore a bit more into letting him take in the twins and raising them to be their best selves.
Since McGonagall was in her second year when Tom Riddle was in hogwarts, she gets flashbacks sometimes when seeing y/n out of the corner of her eye.
After the diary incident, y/n has permanent red specks in their eyes only noticeable when staring directly at them.
I imagine their hair being a bit like Tom's in their second year, and in their third year, it's a bit messy but goes down to their chin but Is usually up so no one can pull it and in their third year, it goes down to their shoulders but after cedrics death they shave the sides keeping it somewhat long.
Y/n really likes the Gautier, but has no clue how to play it, and to much pride to ask anyone for help.
