"The End Is The Beginning"

It was late night. Later than expected, but very much important. Louis woke his king. Only behind closed doors could he address his king how he used to when they were children. "Hyung. Hyung. Mujin hyung, wake up. Please." He pleaded until he say movement that meant he was waking up.

"무슨 일이야, 루이스? 이 밤중에 왜 나를 깨웠습니까?" (What is it, Louis ? Why have you woken me at this time of night ?) Mujin asked as he made himself sit up. Louis sat at his side. "Arthur..." Mujin was now fully awake seeing as his friend seemed to be shaken up by something.

"What about Arthur ? Has something happened ?" Louis finally drew attention to his hands. Hands stained in blood. in Arthur' blood... "아서는 죽었어, 형. 그의 피가 내 손에 묻었어요..."(Arthur is dead, hyung. I have his blood all over my hands...) Louis was clearly a mess. He took his friend by the shoulders & asked him once more. "What happened, Louis ? Tell me." Louis knew what he said next would be the last thing Mujin wished to hear.

"Arthur was fighting with Iseul... He kept insisting that she was causing chaos... So he--" Mujin didn't want to waste anymore time. He needed to know now. "What ? What did he do ?" Louis stared at his bloodied hands as he answered, "He lunged at her with his sword. Excalibur..."

Mujin was beyond angry, but Arthur was supposedly dead. It isn't like he could ask him why anyway. "Iseul ? Where is Iseul ?" Louis seemed to snap out of it slightly as he simply gestured Mujin to follow.

The walk from Mujin' quarters to the the wing of the palace would normally take ten minutes if it wasn't for the shortcut that Hwon & Jahan found. Once getting into the room, it was very clear. Jahan, Ivan, & Hwon were cleaning up blood as well as taking care of Arthur' supposed dead body. Dann stitching up Iseul.

"당장 우리를 떠나시오," (Leave us at once,) Mujin ordered as he wanted to talk with Iseul alone. Iseul immediately running into his arms once they were alone completely. "Oppa, I am fine. It wasn't a deep wound..." She said giving a smile. Mujin glanced at where Arthur laid with such disgust he wasn't even sure if he'd ever forgive this.

"왜요? 왜 아서가 당신을 죽이려 했습니까? 이슬아, 나한테 말 안 하는 게 뭐야?" (Why ? Why did Arthur try to kill you ? What are you not telling me, Iseul ah ?) His anger wasn't with her, but it was very clear he wanted answers. Who wouldn't want answers after learning of what he had just been given the knowledge of ? A great betrayal...

Iseul smirked as she pointed at Arthur' body. "He figured it out. Arthur figured it out..." Mujin was utterly confused. What had Arthur figured out ? He pushed her for more information. "What are you hiding, Iseul ah ? What did Arthur confront you about ?"

Iseul' lips curled up as her eyes filled with what would be mania. He dark chuckling seeming to echo off the walls of the room they were in. "그가 알아냈어, 여보. 아서가 당신보다 먼저 알아냈어요." (He figured it out, honey. Arthur figured it out before you did.) She had yet to say what exactly Arthur figured out & it was beginning to anger Mujin even more. "Say it ! What had Arthur figured out ?!"

Iseul answered as soon as she managed to end her laughter. She honestly was very much entertained by the situation at hand. "I brought the shadows into the kingdom, Oppa." Mujin quickly stepped back from her in complete shock. This couldn't be true. Could it ?

Was he so blinded by his affections that he didn't see the signs ?

Uh, Arthur wasn't dead yet. He had full faith in that he was correct, & that this wasn't really the end...
