After the kiss we didn't really talk I blushed and he looked at me until he said "go grab your bow the sooner we can get out of here the better."

And he was right

I don't exactly remember which tributes are still here but they are both boys.

Right as we are getting ready to leave and hunt for the tributes there is another announcement

"There will be a feast tomorrow at the cornucopia if you don't show up it will be certain death."

Wow they really want this thing to end

"So we just stay here?" I ask cato

"Whatever." he says and puts his bag down

We were hiding inside the cornucopia there was a table unground of us with bread water and some type of full body armor and nigh for two people.

We were using it as bate as soon as someone got up here we would kill them.

More like cato would kill them I still didn't like the idea of killing kids even if they were murders too.

I saw a boy appear from the trees he was frantic he had burns on his back and his shirt was in shreds

Cato laughed "sorry buddy but it's your time."

The boy with brow dirty hair and dull hazel eyes rant words the table and Cato threw a knife at him he dropped dead. the cannon boomed

We didn't reveal ourself just in case the other was watching but we heard a second boom and the voice of Claudius "we were just notified that there can no longer be two winners."

I new it this was all a hoax. soon all the trees went up in flames we were is a circle and the fire was closing in.

That's what they meant by certain death they lit a fire in the edge of the arena and you would be driven here or die.

"You go home you have your sister to live for all I have is pride to gain." cato says looking sad "I deserve to die anyway.

This broke my heart I couldn't let the capital do this its so not fair they said there were two winners and I won't let them go back on there word.

"No." I said sternly "come on we will walk into that fire together I don't want to live without you I lied."

We grabbed hands and walked third the fire "I love you prim sorry." I cried and me and Cato stepped into the fire.

It hurt so bad. every thing went black.
