POV: Mark

I was just resting in my house. I go to school but, it was a vacation.
I was sooooo bored. Hmm, what can I do in my house? There's literally nothing.

Ring... Ring... Ring...

Oh a call? I was bored so yeah. I decided to take it.

"Hello?"

"Hey... It's Cesar and I hope it's not too late..."

"Oh what's up? Are you alright?"

"No... It's my mom... I found her on the ground... And I heard screaming before I found her.
So anyways I'm going to hospital with her... Um but can you do me a favor please?"

"Yeah of course! What's that?"

"Can you uh... Turn on the cameras that we set up when we got robbed?"

"Why? If you don't mind me asking..." He is SUS

"Uhhh... You know just security. And one more thing. Can you get the good view of the back hallway?"

"Okay, sure. I'll help you. But it's just because you're my best friend... You know... I don't like your house that much..."

"Yeah I know. But I promise nothing will happen. I promise Mark."

"Okay...?" SUS

He hung up... I was kinda uncomfortable to go his house but meh, what could possibly happen?

I was driving. I was kinda scared because it was already night. Like almost 11 pm.

"Eh... His house is creepy as always." Am I scared right now...? Guess I am. But nothing will happen. Cesar promised me. Well not sure his promise is true but I believe him.

The floor creeks as I take a step.

Creek... Creek...

"Woah, that creeks scare me." Seriously, I was scared. But I decided not to care about that.
I have a job to finish. I have a job that I promised someone.

I turned on the cameras. And that... Back of the hallway. It's creepy...
It just reminds me of the intruder I saw when I was young... But it's fine. I think it's gone now.

I nervously turned that camera in the back hallway too. Nothing happened at all.
Phew! I could finally breath. I turned back to go home now.

"...?" I saw a black creature which had white creepy eyes. I froze. What the fuck is that?
Is that the alternate? What do I do? I was scared. I didn't know what to do. I had no weapons.

"ARGH-!" I got pinned at the wall because it grabbed my neck. (You know what I'm explaining??)

"SHIT" Is this the end? Will I die? Why me? Many thoughts... My childhood memories...

I knew I was dying... It was fine life.

I couldn't breath. This is the end.

BANG!

Huh? Cesar? What is he doing here?
I was finally free. Cesar kept shooting the alternate.

It's gone know. I almost died. I closed my eyes.

"WAKE UP MARK! WAKE UP! I KNOW YOU'RE ALIVE BITCH! PLE-ase... Mark... Wake up..."
He sobbed. I opened my eyes. I saw Cesar crying.

"MARK!" He hugged me. "I'm sorry... I-I didn't know this would happen..."

"It's okay..." I said weakly. It felt like I couldn't speak.

"Oh my god! Your voice! I will get you warm water. Sit here." I tried to stand up as he said that, but I could barely move.

"I'm trying to stand up! Wait a sec." I said. But he just held me up, into his arms.
I blushed a bit, trying to hide that. Cesar saw me smiling. He set me on his sofa.

"I'm sorry that had to happen... I know I'm heavy haha..." I said.

"No you're not! You are light! Really. I'm telling you truth." He said. I blushed again.
He just smiled and went kitchen to get a warm water for me.

I was comfortable being with him. He came back with a cup of warm water.

"Thanks Cesar." I said.

"You're welcome!" He said smiling.

"Uh... I have a question actually..." He said with a nervous tone.

"Can I sleep in your house for few days? Because you know, the alternates..." He said. He looked sorry to me.

"Don't worry. I have a guest room. And of course my best friend!" I said as he smiled at me.

After I finished drinking warm water, we got in to the car when we were ready.
I set on the driver's seat. And Cesar on the passenger's seat.

We didn't talk that much in the car (or I am too lazy to write them HAHA SORRY...)
We arrived to my house. My house was quiet clean and new than Cesar's house.

We both got into my house as I opened the door.

"Hmm so you should sleep here right?" I asked him.

"Yeah. I don't mind sleeping together if you're scared." He said.

I was kinda embarrassed too say this to him but I said blushing a bit,
"I am scared actually... If you don't mind, can I sleep with you...?"

"Sure!" He said politely. I was happy to see him happy.

We both brushed our teeth and lied on the bed together. We didn't have the enough pillows, so we had to share it. But we didn't mind at all.

I was sleeping peacefully. Cesar hugged me since I was scared. I was almost red.

But... I'm not gay...

Am I...?

Ugh What am I even thinking about? He is my best friend. Let me just sleep.

I slept worrying about if I'm gay or not, but I fell into sleep when Cesar was playing with my hair.
