I woke up the next day, brimming with happiness.

"Looks like you're in a good mood." said Luka, chuckling at my face. "How did it go yesterday?" asked Adrien, shoving a plate of bacon and eggs in front of Alya, who sat next to me.

"Okay... I guess. I'm supposed to meet up with him today." I reply, smiling.

The conversation steered its way onto the topic of Lila.

"That fox hasn't been stirring up lies in a while. I'm worried." Chloe says, tying her hair up in a bun. The blonde sat down at the dining table, resting her face in her palm.

"You don't have to be." said Kagami. "Lila is an idiot who only wants attention. Now that you're not there, Mari, she must be satisfied with all the attention she is getting."

Chloe hums in understanding.

The house bell rang, leaving everyone to wonder who was at the door. Adrien peered into the display, which I had installed in the kitchen for situations like this. "It's DAMIAN!" he screeched, jumping in joy.

Somewhere along the way, Adrien and Damian had become friends.

The blonde commanded the door to open, as he told Damian to just 'Come on up!'. The kitchen was on the ground floor, facing the backyard. The rest of the group waited anxiously for him to arrive, as I freaked.

I mentally thanked myself for waking up early and washing up. My make up was on, and I was dressed in a flowy white satin dress, blue denim jacket matching with my heeled boots. I pulled out my phone, checking my appearance one last time.

Damian stalked into the room, as calm as ever.

The brunette's face remained stoic as his eyes darted everywhere, absorbing every little detail. It was then that I realized that it was his first time here. His darting eyes then landed on me, an unnoticeable smile spreading on his face.

"Angel." he called out, making me blush under the stares of my friends. "Woah, hold up. When did this happen?" interrupted Alya, her reporter face on. "Yesterday." answered Damian, even though he had no idea what she meant.

Adrien choked on his bacon, staring holes into my head.

"Why are you here anyway?" asks Chloe, smacking Adrien's back violently. "I was hoping we could have breakfast together, but it seems like I am too late." said the brunette, his gaze not tearing away from me.

"Oh, not at all." said Kagami. "Mari here, hasn't eaten yet. So you can absolutely take her out on a date." she says, smirking at me. I give her the side eye, slightly embarrassed. "Is that so?" Damian smirked at me, hearing this.

"Ugh whatever. Come on Dami, let's go." I say, walking towards him and trying to drag him out. "Marinette! Your wallet's on the table." shouted Chloe, once we were outside the room. As I turned back to go get it, Damian pulled me back.

"You won't need it."

I deadpanned at him, before lightly shrugging his hand off and walking into the room to get my bag. From the corner of my eye, I saw Adrien leaving the room. I grab my bag, just as Alya pulls my wrist to whisper something in my ear.

"Don't do anything I wouldn't do!" she sang in my ear, making me blush. "Shut up!" I whispered back, jogging to get out of there. I slowed down when I got near Damian, just to see Adrien in a conversation with him.

"So? Are you courting her?" the blonde asks Damian, excited. "No. We are dating." whispered back Damian, watching in amusement as Adrien's jaw dropped onto the floor. "H-how? What?" he whispered in shock, as I ran into the scene.
