EMMA'S POV:
After the exams got over freen announced in the class about the trip for a camp. CERTAINLY HAVEN'T GONE FOR THE SAME CAMP SINCE I AM IN THIS SCHOOL. Still the thought of going on a trip with freen and other friends of the group excited me. We asked each other about whether we were going or not on our way back home. Yes we had exchanged numbers( just to discuss the debates. no. our conversation was nowhere about debates pls) and so we started talking alot . And soon a rumor spread in the group that we were dating NOT COMPLAINING BUT WE R NOT. But we went on with the joke bc it was fun and so we started flirting with each other even on the grp to make the rumor more fun.
The trip was the next day, I couldn't sleep a wink bc the old custom is that u can never sleep if ur going on a trip the next day. And so i followed the custom.
The next day I was packing my stuff when i saw the chocolate freen gave me , GAWD WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME A CHOCOLATE SOMEONE GAVE ME MAKES ME SMILE LIKE AN IDIOT. I ll be late and so i shoved the rest of the things , gently keeping the chocolate though and went to sam's place bc we were going together as always * yes this is a custom as well u hv to go together when u live next to your friend*
When we reached school we went to our respective classes where everyone were deciding on partners when a friend of the group said IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE COUPLE WILL SEAT TOGETHER. Yes.we.did.
FREEN'S POV:
The bus was such a chaos but i loved it we sang, danced and most importantly i was sitting with my rumored girlfriend. When we reached camp we were assigned roll no's GUESS WHAT? MY ROLL NO WAS NEXT TO HERS. So we did most of the activities together. She was so good at every activity and we clicked so many photos together that my gallery almost exploded. Then was the time to dance. OKAY WTH SHE DANCES SO WELL. I couldn't get my eyes off her. We danced with the grp for half an hour and then sat besides each other during lunch. She had that all grumpy face of exhaustion which was honestly cute. It was the time to leave the camp and i was sad about the trip being so short but.but. BUT. I was so exhausted that i dozed off GUESS WHERE? On her shoulder. I thought i would get clinged off but she kept her head on mine. It was the most comforting sleep i hv ever had. BUT. obviously this added fuel to the rumor, they clicked our picture when we were sleeping. We slept on each other for the rest of the bus ride and then finally reached school. I wasnt tired at all bc just staying with her made all of the exhaustion go away OKAY STOP FREEN. Then was the time to bid goodbyes i honestly did not want this day to end but we had to. When we reached home i got our pictures ALSO THE ONE WHERE SHE WAS SLEEPING ON MY SHOULDER . We need this as our pfp's pls. The rest of the day i didnt text her bc i knew she would be sleeping and so i slept too. And i woke up with a " THE TRIP WAS FUN THANKS TO YOU AND NO I DONT HATE YOU I JUST THOUGHT OUR VIBES DIDNT MATCH BUT THEY CERTAINLY DO NOW. I LOVE THIS FAKE FLIRTING AND ALSO GETTING SHIPPED WITH YOU".
Gawd my heart had never pounded this bad.
