Throughout the night, everyone was getting the meds they needed from Hershel, Maggie and Bob and due to me being so scared of needles I was avoiding it as much as I could. When it came to my time to be treated they all learned the hard way about how I handled it. With Hershel's steady hand, Maggie's soothing words, and Tyreese's strength they had to keep me pinned just to give me the meds.

I remember the panic and fear I went through but it only lasted through as long as the whole scene went. Even when my coughing got so bad I was almost on the verge of choking, my body still refused to just relax and let it happen. Luckily after the whole thing was done they all finally left me alone to rest.

I wasn't sure how long I rested for but when I woke up I looked around to see I was still in my cell, with the door closed. I sat up slowly, feeling a hundred times better than I had before. My head wasn't foggy or dizzy and I was able to breathe better. It felt like I was finally able to get a good breath of air, and I actually felt cold, not so hot that I was sweating.

"Hey you're awake" I heard a voice and looked to see Sasha smiling at me as she opened the door and casually stepped inside "how you feeling?" she asked and I nodded and laughed a little

"Like I can take on anything" I smiled up at her "how about you?" I asked "you look better"

"I feel it too. Everyone's getting over it like it was just a bad dream" she said with a light smile

"And Ty?....is he doing better?" I asked and she nodded

"A bit. One day at a time right?" she asked me and I nodded in agreement. She hummed and started to leave but stopped "oh Rick is at the door, said he wanted to see you?" she said, sounding confused. I looked at her confused wondering why he would want to see me but it didn't take long for me to remember.

"Okay thanks, i'll head there now" I said and smiled at her as I stood up slowly, testing my strength and so far it was really good, just needed some food in me.

I left my cell and headed toward the exit and stopped at the door where I saw him waiting for me. He was staring at the floor, his face showing clear concentration on whatever he was thinking. As I got closer he looked up then pushed off the wall and smirked

"Hey how you feeling?" he asked and I shrugged

"Like it never happened?" I said but had to turn away and clear my throat "almost anyways" I said and smiled. "What's up?" I asked him and I saw the smile leave his face and concern came back as he took a deep breath then let out a heavy sigh

"I gotta talk to Daryl...and Hershel said you could be getting out today if you're well enough" he said and I nodded. I knew this had to be what he wanted to talk about. "But I'm struggling to avoid him anymore" he said shaking his head

"You don't have to avoid him, if you need to tell him then do it" I assured him

"I thought you would want to be there...maybe help keep him in a...calmer state" he explained and I scoffed and nodded

"I would if I could but I take it by now that he's more worried about where she is, then working?" I asked and he lowered his eyes and nodded a little "then he needs to know....he's gonna be pissed-with or without me there and it might give him some peace of mind you know?" I asked and he nodded

"Yeah" he sighed as he looked across the room, to study something while thinking of his answer. "Alright...in that case I'll go see him now, and get this over with?" he said as he turned back to me

"Yeah do it" I agreed. He nodded and turned to head out. I watched him leave the cell block and after a moment I headed back and started to look around, seeing the sun shining through the windows. The mood was just as bright as the light outside, people were at ease and relaxed and I couldn't help but think of Glenn and how he was doing.
