Once, there was a kingdom, striving and blessed. The Emperor and the Empress had two children. A princess, the eldest, favored and loved, and the heir to the throne. The second was a prince, a year younger, distant, and aloof. Unlike his sister, he was unremarkable in the eyes of the people.

That is why behind the happy lives of everyone in the kingdom, there are those who conceal wicked intentions in their heart. The young prince, who secretly grew envious and detached is no different from them. As years go unnoticed, so do the schemes formed in the shadows. The prince after years of planning enacted his assault on the kingdom, a violent force that the princess could not handle by herself. Destruction and death have been irreversibly done.

But in this world, there are people who would not let the story stop here. Brave and valiant hearts rose up and there the princess found allies. Those who fought against the evil that is the prince was a young man. With his weapon, he clashed blade with the princess against the enemy, and so, the young man delivered the final blow. At that moment, he earned the title of 'hero'. The 'villainous' prince was then brought to justice, and for that, he was beheaded.

But, does everything have to end here? Wouldn't it be interesting to see if things haven't happened that way?

For example, what if the villain had the chance to change everything?

Llavin's Point of View

"Hi there!"

My eyes widened, surprised by the unfamiliar person standing before me. Their head slightly tilted and hands tucked behind them with a look of anticipation. There's a small smile on their face and a glint of fascination in their eyes.

For a moment, my attention was taken elsewhere, noticing that I am completely in a different place. I felt my feet ankle-deep in glistening and bioluminescent water inside a large dome with towering pillars and high ceilings, mostly made of glass. The furthest that I can see is engulfed in fog.

My tired eyes fell back to my only companion who still had a smile plastered on their face. They had a petite stature and an androgenous look. They wore a simple white toga with shimmering gold designs and embellishments. Hair white as snow and barefoot.

"Who are you?", I asked in a weak voice, feeling the dryness of my throat.

"Where am I?"

The other person perked at the question, "Me?" they playfully pointed at themselves, "Oh, I'm certain that you probably never heard of me. Well, I'm a deity who haven't much established themselves in the mortal realm." They gestured a curt bow. "A deity, huh. Quite convenient that you're unheard of, I guess." I jested a little and they responded with a brief chuckle. "So if you're a deity what exactly is my purpose here? Am I supposed to receive a divine judgment from Your... Eminence?" As seconds pass I seem to be feeling a little better compared from moments ago purely base from the fact that I could say things like that as if like I just woke up in a normal day when I literally wasn't. What am I even thinking?

The deity chuckled again, "No, no. That's exactly not my job. And didn't you already go through that? You were beheaded, remember?" I softly reached for my neck. It's true, although attached, I still had a lingering feeling of my head being severed. By the grace of Antonia I think I saw my headless, pathetic body and probably engraved in my memories now. All thanks to those two
