Confusion first filled the huge hall at the sight of the collapsing prince. Veiltrese who just finished handing the sword to the last knight whipped her head towards the direction of her brother. Everyone was stunned frozen, only Daniel who was beside his master was fast to kneel down and support him, asking what was wrong. When the young prince didn't answer, Daniel immediately knew what was going on.
"HE'S HAVING MANA FLUCTUATIONS. SEND HELP THIS INSTANT!" the guard's voice echoed loudly, waking everyone from their frozen trance.
"CALL THE ROYAL PHYSICIAN!" Veiltrese commanded and rushed next to his brother's side who seems to be losing out his consciousness. She was plunged in worry and panic when she sensed the fluctuations, realizing that this is worser than what one commonly experiences.
It didn't take long before the first responders arrived, putting immediate aid to ease the prince's pain. After that, Daniel was quick to carry his master on his back and brought him out of the hall.
What supposed to be a ceremonial event was halfway halted, everyone murmured while the rest stayed shock, watching the few men depart the hall with the prince.
Veiltrese was left standing on the altar, clutching her chest.
Meanwhile on the corner, a vigilant eye observes the whole situation.

LLAVIN'S POV
I forcedly opened my eyes whilst still feeling heavy on my head. I first tried to move my fingers and arms, and when I finally had grasp on my senses, I slowly pushed my body to sit up. Only then that I noticed Daniel was beside me when I felt his hand supporting my back.
"How are you feeling? Still feeling any pain?" he asked in a calm voice. Feeling a little dizzy, I cupped the side of my head. "Just a little headache." I felt another presence came forward, when I looked up I found the royal physician bowing his head before meeting me on the eyes.
"I must say, your mana fluctuations are very strange than most. We sensed some streamlines are tangled and with irregular flows. If this keeps up, fits will be more often." his statement only worsened my headache. So much for being born with so much mana that even my body can't properly house it.
"If I may, Your Highness. May I ask if you've been in contact with a different mana lately?" my eyebrows narrowed at the question. "Why do you ask?"
He cleared hi throat first, "To be honest, we've also detected a different mana signature in your body. Although traces are few with most being faint, it has some kind of influence with yours." Different mana signature? There's no doubt that it must be what's left from that deity, I already pushed out most of it. "That being said, rest assured now that we removed it from your system. Please be careful in the future. I left your medicine to Sir Daniel." he then prepared to excuse himself,
"Oh, Your Highness. I suggest avoiding situations that could trigger strong emotions." I immediately gave him a questioning look. "Emotions have huge impact on bodies, so as to your mana. Emotions are like natural regulator of mana. Keeping it in check also keep checks the mana flow. We guessed it could be what triggered the fluctuations as well." he chuckled at the end of his statement. "Take a good rest for today, I shall come back to check on you." he left the room after that.
Strong emotions...?
Wait... could it be...
That moment, I made an eye contact with him. And then...
That feeling...
I can't help but snicker while my head stayed low. I clutched my chest, feeling the drumming of my heart and the beads of sweat secreting out of my skin.
