We found one of the houses to put Sam's body on the bed.

It was morning.

Dean was standing nearby Sam's body.

Dad and I got back with food.

"Dean?" I asked. "Brought you this back."

"No, thanks," Dean told us. "I'm fine."

"You should eat something," Dad told him.

"I said I'm fine," Dean told us, taking a drink from a flask.

"Dean..." Dad trailed off. "I hate to bring this up, I really do. But don't you think maybe it's time... we bury Sam?"

"No," Dean answered.

"We could..." Dad trailed off, sighing. "Maybe..."

"What?" Dean asked. "Torch his corpse. Not yet."

"I want you to come with me," Dad told him.

"I'm not going anywhere," Dean told us.

"Dean, please," Dad told him.

"Would you cut me some slack?" Dean asked.

"I just don't think you should be alone, that's all," Dad told him. "I gotta admit, we could use your help." Dean snorted. "Something big is going down. End of the world big."

"Well, then let it end!" Dean told us.

"You don't mean that," I told him.

Dean stood, walking toward us. "You don't think so? Huh? You don't think I've given enough? You don't think I've paid enough? I'm done with it. All of it. And if you know what's good for you, you'd turn around, and get the hell out of here." I looked at my jacket on the table. Dad shook his head. Dean pushed Dad back. "Go!" He looked as if he realized what he just did, calming down. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please, just go."

I picked up my jacket, sighing. "You know where we'll be."

Dad and I walked out, leaving.

The next day, there was a knock on the door.

I opened the door, seeing Dean and Sam standing out on the porch, looking at Sam in shock.

"Hey, Ness," Dean told me.

I looked at Dean in shocked confusion.

Dean looked away.

Sam looked behind me. "Hey, Bobby."

I turned to see Dad walking closer.

"Sam," Dad told him. "It's good to... see you up and around."

"Yeah," Sam told us. He patted me on the shoulder. "Thanks for patching me up."

Sam walked past us into the house.

"Don't mention it," I told him.

Dean followed.

I closed the door, turning to face Dean with slight suspicion, wondering what the hell he did.

"Well, Sam's better," Dean told us. "And we're back in it now. So... what do you know?"

Sam looked at Dean curiously.

We sat in the library, going through what we had.

"Well, we found something," Dad told them. "But I'm not sure what the hell it means."
