Chapter 3-Friend

When I got up I immediately left Sora's room.

I went looking for him. I found him sleeping on the couch with his blanket half of and some of his white hair in his mouth. I poked his face hoping it was all it would take to wake him up and it was.

He tried to sit up but ended up on the floor. He stood up and whipped his hair. He had no shirt on. He had a nice body but it was full of scars.what am I thinking?

When he noticed me he yawned"mornin'."
And walked past me to his room.

That was quite easy.

He returned minutes later.

"Well you ready to go find a job?" He asked as he opened the frount door.

"Sure." Replied hesitatingly. I really didn't know if I was ready to be evil and ready to kill people. I don't remember anything that happened I'm my life before yesterday.

I then asked Sora as we walked out the door " Sora, do you know if there's a way to get your memories back of your past life?"

He answered as if he really didn't know
" well...uh....I've heard that if you become a demon you remember your life when you were alive but I've only heard it.......... I wanna become one, a demon to get them back. My memories. I want to know if I was happy and how I died. Don't you?"

I wasn't sure I couldn't remember anything. If I had those memories I could know what happened.

"Uh... I would like to know how I died or if I was killed. So ya I'd like my memories back."

We continued down the streets we stopped at a giant building or warehouse.

I followed Sora inside.

There were lots of people. The people all looked quite different. Like some had one tail ,some had two, and others none. They all with much more of a difference.

Sora and I went into a room with two other people. One a girl the other a guy.

The guy reached his hand out and said "Wassup man, I'm Shank level 2 phantom and this is Rose she's a level 2 Demon she's the leader."

I grabbed his hand and shook it. He seemed cool and Rose was short but her eyes pierced yours. Both of them had black instead of white in there eyes. Shank had no tail and Rose's had a spike on the end of it. Her ears were really pointy. She looked just like a demon but not all red. Her hair was red but not a scarlet but a strawberry color.Shank had long blonde hair that he kept tied back.

"Uh hi I'm Kaiyumi but you can call me.Yu-Yumi." I replied in a nervous manner.

"I've got fangs but I won't bite." Shank said playfully.

"This is the team Yumi. There cool when you get to know them." Sora smiled as he tryed to comfort me with his words. "Well I got you your job Yumi! Shank do you mind signing her into our group?"

"Not at all"Shank said as he left the room.

Rose stayed quiet.

"Let's get you a weapon." Sorry said as he opened the door.

"A weapon?" I asked

"You need one to protect yourself from the shinigami , death gods, angels of death, or just angels in general. Are you interested in any specific weapon?"

"Uh no"I thought of the shinigami "well maybe a sword."

"Nice choice I have a ax works great"

Rose finally said something"an ax is one of the worst weapons. Pistols will get you far."

"I find axes amazing so fuck your opinion." Sora said defending his choice.

I didn't bother butting into there business.
I left the room and looked around for Shank. I went outside looking for him.

He was smoking a cigarette by the road. I walked to him and hung out by the road with him. There was dead silence other than the sound of people walking by.

I didn't know what to say. I just meet Shank.

"So who was the ass hole that killed ya?" He asked.

Killed me? I'm already dead.

"What do you mean?" I questioned.

"I can see where you were stabbed. It leaves a scar. I figured it out when I noticed mine."

I looked through the hole in my shirt there was a scar ,a big one. Didn't know what made it.

Shank put his hand on my shoulder and said " Don't worry were friends right? We help one another, I kill him don't worry and I'll let the angel of death send him to hell!"

"Thank...... you...."I said. At least he tried helping. Not the smartest person in the world.

Rose and Sora came out and joined us. Rose then asked me"Would you like to go shopping for a weapon tomorrow with me? Sora doesn't know what he's doing."

"Uh sure."

Sora  said she walked away "come on lets go."

I followed Sora.

I wondered I walked

I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

All night I wonder that till I fell asleep.
