Chapter 4-A weapon

The next day we meet up with the gang. I went with Rose to get weapons.

The store we went to was small and all the weapons were labeled by the rank of the dead person.

Rose was buying bullets for her twin pistols.

There was a great variety of weapons. I picked up a sword it had a nice sharp blade made form some dark black metal. It was light and the handle was lightly decorated.

"Should I get this?"I asked Rose.

She looked at the sword. Examining it closely.

"Ya it's a good one but it's for a level 3. You can still get it if the you really like it. I've got the money Sora gave me." She replied.

Sora. He was always helping others. I dont know why he did it but there must be a reason behind it.

Shank then randomly entered the store.

He ran over to me and said "Hay Yumi! Did ya get yourself a weapon yet?!"

Rose answered for me "Yes she got a level 3 blade."

"Awesome choice! I have one too but it's quite different."

"Oh quiet you."

I had a feeling they didn't get along. Like they had a deep hate for each other. Well Rose seemed to really hate him. She ignored him most of the time. I don't know why she hangs around him if she hates him.

She then left the shop and I hung out with Shank. He took his shades off of his hat and wore them over his eyes. I think he was trying to look cool.

He moved closer and said in a soft tone "Stay close. Act normal." He grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to him.

Then a group of 5 people came in. They were all demons. It was quiet. They seemed like they were looking for someone. They came in knocking over shit.

Once they left Shank whispered "Rose was with them. She left them cause they are dicks. They know I'm with her. I didn't want them to know you are with us. Rose is a good person she just doesn't express herself. Ya fallow?"

"Uh....ya"I replied.

Rose was kinda quiet. Were already dead, we can't die right?

"Can we die here?" I asked Shank

He nodded.

Shit.

"Let's go Sora is waiting for us." He said as he opened the door.

I walked through and he followed.

"Yumi." He said

"Ya" I replied

"If you ever need help with anything I'm here for you."

He stopped walking and turned around.

He placed his hands on my shoulders and said" we'll protect you till your capable of taking care of yourself. Sora, Rose and I. Were friends right?"

"Ya. You guys had helped me out the whole time I've been here. Why did you guys help me?"

"I've always helped people. I try to help people when ever I can.I Wonder sometimes that when I get my memories back if I'll become a totally different person. I'm so close."

Shank was quite open minded and cool.Seemed protective and smart.

"Well since you have a weapon now, do you wanna go test it?"he asked as he pulled out his sword.

"Uh sure."I replied.

"Great. Let's head to the realm if the living."
