A story about a boy named Akimitsu, having a ton of problems in life.
What will fate bring him? None knows. Will he finally be able to get rid of these weights on his shoulders? None knows...
Only now, he'll just wait and see.
Akimitsu has a friend...
A loud knock on Akimitsu's front door, Akimitsu got up to check it out. Only to meet an alone Kaiyo smiling at him,

"Hey Aki, I was wondering if you wanted to go to The Runaway Comic Book Store? Also I'm so sorry about what happened to Ena and all..." Kaiyo nervously chuckled as he waited for an answer from the quiet boy who was staring at him dead in the eyes, "Sure." Akimitsu said slightly closing the door and running up the stairs to get dressed.
After he got dressed, he went downstairs and opened the door fully again. (He put on his shoes after opening the door dw) Kaiyo smiled widely and took Akimitsu's hand, "Let's go then!" Kaiyo said cheerfully. Akimitsu checked if the keys were in his pocket and then closed the door behind him before getting dragged by Kaiyo. They arrived at The Runaway Comic Book Store and went in, The shopkeepers eyes shined as she saw the two boys enter, "Hey kids! Haven't seen you guys in a while, how's it going?" The shopkeeper said smiling and taking out a book from a drawer that couldn't be seen from their perspective.
"I think you two might like this new comic, you should totally give it a try!" The shopkeeper pointed at the book in her hand, "Oh, We've been doing okay by the way and uh could I ask what the book is about Miss Akane?" Kaiyo walked closer to Akane, "It's just like the typical horror books you've guys been reading and all, but it's a bit more like the ones that give you a deep wound haha!" Akane handed the book to Kaiyo, "You should check it out, Maybe read it and if you like it you can buy it! It's not published yet on the shelves, so you would be the first one to buy! What do you say?" Akane winked.
After a good long thought Kaiyo reluctantly agreed, though Kaiyo didn't expect much from the book. He didn't wanna read it because then what's the point of buying? He wanted to see how the drawings looked and if they were good maybe he would buy them.
Akimitsu peaked over to see the cover page of the book. It already gave really cool vibes, He felt interested in it.
The two gazed at the cover page a little before, they locked eyes and got a little embarrassed. They were still somehow very awkward together even if they were so comfortable sharing so many things to eachother and were really close. It's okay, maybe it's normal.
Somehow Kaiyo felt weird around Akimitsu but he brushed off the feelings, he felt weirded out on how this happened randomly the past couple of weeks. Just the awkward tension between them drove Kaiyo insane.
Kaiyo started flipping through the pages, "Woah, This artstyle is pretty unique!" Kaiyo immediately started smiling. "Yeah, I think you should buy it..I kinda want it too." Akimitsu reached into his pocket, "I wonder if there's more copies of it in that drawer of hers." Akimitsu said and started counting the money he had with him, "I could go ask if you want me to." Kaiyo got up, "S-Sure." Akimitsu said and tried smiling but it ended up looking funny.
Kaiyo and Akimitsu laughed together and Kaiyo went to ask Akane If she had anymore copies with her.
She did, so they both ended up getting the book together. They played in the comic store for a bit before leaving.
"I'm so glad we got these together, Hehe!" Kaiyo blushed, looking away. "Yeah, I think this book is pretty worth it maybe." Akimitsu looked at Kaiyo, "Where should we go next?" Akimitsu asked, "We should go to Sandbox Forest! I've heard new posters are there and also new merch. I heard from Mina that she saw a lot of snacks from the comics we all used to read together and she said they tasted great, we should go and check that out too. What do you say?"
"Sure, let's go."
To say the least they had a lot of fun, just visiting old places they used to visit a lot Is sure great, but Akimitsu can't help but notice something following them everywhere...

Another chapter done a lot more to go.. I'm gonna start angsty stuff soon by the way. I will explain later on, on how Ena literally got her sleeve on fire.
Also I WILL NEVER DRAW THEO BECAUSE I CANNOT DRAW GOOD LOOKING MEN 😭😭
