(A.A pov)
I walked into the house after having been out with Randy,we got a little tipsy. When I say we I mean I did he's far passed tipsy.

I came through the door way with Randy hanging off my arm, supporting his body so he wouldn't fall.
The lights were off that's weird because mom and dad were home- My thoughts got cut off by a large amount of people jumping out from various places yelling; "SUPRISE!!"

I heard a few people mumble something after they noticed it was just me,not noticing the drunk Randy on my shoulder.

"You ruined the good surprise,Jesus Adrianna." My father exhaled. It hurt, a lot to be honest I wanted to cry. I gently put Randy down kissing his forehead and left.

Not another thought I stormed out,I was done I headed to the Dx. It was greaser territory but it doesn't matter to be honest I don't really look like  soc, that's part of why my parents disliked me.

I walked through the door and was greeted by a gorgeous boy. He had eyes that danced recklessly, a movie star smile, and wheat-gold brownish hair. He looked famous, I noticed I had been staring and looked away.

"Sorry." I mumbled as my face flushed out of embarrassment remembering how my father told me it was rude to stare. This boy flashed me his movie star smile and looked at me, "it's all good, anything I can help you with?" He asked.

I shook my head and went to go grab a coke. Just as I put it up on the counter I remembered I didn't have my wallet. I looked at the boy "I forgot my wallet, I'm so sorry." I apologized feeling real guilty.

I went to grab the drink from him, his grip tightened a little. "It's on me, you look sad. Wanna talk?" He asked. I was shocked I barely knew this kid. I guess he could tell I was a little caught of guard and he looked real sorry, "Oh,sorry I'm Sodapop, also you don't have to talk to me, guess I just wanted to know what such a pretty thing like you has such sad eyes for." He shrugged.

".. I'm Adrianna, and I do wanna talk, but you have to work so I won't bother." I tried not to stutter. He looked at me so intently. "I offered I meant it, no one comes in right now." I sat down on the seat he patted next to him after he let me behind the desk.

I had a strange sense of comfort with this familiar stranger.
