Jason's P.O.V.
Ugh, I was so stupid, such a guy! I shouldn't have pushed her farther than she wanted. I just thought the moment was perfect and I wasn't thinking straight. Piper makes me love drunk. I wanted to stop, but for some reason, I couldn't. I was about to walk from my cabin to hers to apologize, when a bright flash of light appeared. I closed my eyes. Aphrodite appeared next to me.
"Why, hello young lover of my beloved child," she said behind a smirk.
"Hello Venus, is there some reason you appeared at such a convenient time?" I asked, miserable.
"Oh yes, I came to apologize," Venus said, looking at the ground.
"What for?" I asked.
"I may be the reason you had a hard time resisting your urges," she said, guiltily. I stared at her wide eyed.
"I know I am beautiful, but could you stop staring at me," she said, shifting uncomfortably. I grabbed her wrist.
"Come on, we are going to visit a certain daughter of yours," I said dragging her to the Aphrodite cabin. She spewed string after string of profanity at me, making me glad I didn't speak French. I pushed her through the doorway of Piper's cabin. I dragged her mother over to her bunk to find a sobbing Piper. I felt her devastation. I wanted to do anything I could to make her feel better. I snapped myself out of it. This was not entirely my fault. I reached out and stroked her back. She looked up slowly at me, and scowled when her eyes met her mother.
"Why hello, mother, is there any reason you are her on such a glorious occasion, Jason and I's first fight?" She asked, angry.
"I may have been the reason you are having your first fight," Venus mumbled at the floor.
"Why would that be?" Piper asked, sarcastically.
"I may have ramped up your boyfriends urges, I'm surprised he isn't still trying to go after you, you picked a good one," Venus said, looking at me. I blushed. Did she watch us all the time?
"Why would you do this? You are crazy!" Piper scolded her mother.
"I just thought you needed a little push, you were immune to my works, which I was not expecting. I'm sorry! I just wanted one of my babies to be happy! I swear on the River Styx I was only trying to help!" Venus sobbed.
"Well I don't need your help! Never do that again!" Piper said, jabbing her finger to her mom's collar.
"Okay, okay. I won't. Love you darling," Venus promised, kissing her daughter's head. She winked at me, and with that, she was gone. I turned to Piper, taking her hands into mine.
"I'm really sorry I'm such a guy, I won't do it again," I said blushing and looking down.
"Oh, I didn't mind it, except for the part when my mom meddled," she whispered in my ear. Gods, I was so lucky. I kissed her nose.
"I love you Piper McLean," I whispered in her ear. She shivered in my arms. She got up on her tiptoes.
"I love you too, Sparky," she said, looking up at me. I kissed her lightly. She deepened the kiss. After a while I pulled away, lightheaded. A few of Piper's siblings whistled at us and then I remembered that we were standing by her bunk in her cabin. I blushed.
"Night, Staple Lips," Piper teased.
"Night Momma's Girl," I teased right back. I walked back to my cabin, falling asleep to dreams of Piper. Just the natural way she walked by me, her smell, her smile. Gods, her smile drove me crazy.
