Imagine Bucky getting jealous of you hanging around other people

You laugh as Clint Barton tells the story of how he asked if he could get an Avengers discount at Starbucks. All the Avengers are circled around the newest member of the team, you. Thor, Tony, Natasha, Clint, Bruce, and even Captain Spangles himself are all telling stories about Tony's wild parties, crazy occurrences down on the streets, or simply everyday life at Stark tower.

"Y/N." You hear someone call out from behind you. You turn your head only to see Bucky sitting in a corner by himself with an extremely pissed off look to him. You turn back to the group for a moment. "Can you give me a minute guys?" You ask politely and receive a chorus of ok's in reply. Slowly and surely you make your way to Bucky and lightly place a hand on his shoulder, but he simply nudges your hand away.

"Don't touch me Y/N." He mutters harshly.

"Bucky, what's wrong?" You ask quietly, concern lacing your features. Bucky only shakes his head stubbornly.

"Did I do something wrong?" You press, determined to figure out the problem and fix it. Bucky merely sighs deeply and looks down at the table. You reach over and put your hand on top of his metal one. Why won't he tell you? Suddenly, Bucky grabs your shoulder and pins your arm down on the table, causing a loud bang to resound in the room. Everyone stops talking and turns to look at the two of you.

"It's fine." You say, forcing out a pained smile for extra effect. The worst thing that could happen now is to have one of them come over to you and Bucky. You sigh in relief when they nod and resume their conversation. "Bucky, calm down." You soothe. He nods ever so slightly and releases both your shoulder and arm, leaving you with a large bruise forming on your forearm. Bucky's eyes shift from you to the group and back again. His glare is intense and dark, showing no emotion except anger.

"Tell me, Bucky." You say softly, peering deeply into his bright blue eyes.

"You spend too much time with everyone else." He mumbles under his breath.

A sharp pang of guilt rushes through you--he's right. You've been talking with the Avengers for the past few days and you completely forgot about Bucky.

"I'm so sorry Buck. I'm here now and I'm staying." You say as you intertwine your fingers with his. Bucky's gaze falls down to your badly bruised arm.

"I hurt you." Bucky's voice is filled with pain and regret. You flash him a smile and kiss his cheek. "I guess I kinda deserve it." You say, laughing softly. A bright smile replaces the frown on Bucky's face. "I guess so..."
