The whispering got louder as we walked towards a large rock arch. Inside the arch was a mist like wave that was moving. "Do you hear that?" Harry asked as he walked towards the arch. Something told me not to let him touch it. "Harry don't." I said as I grabbed his arm. "Why?" He asked confused.
"I don't hear anything." Hermione said, answering his first question. "I hear it too." Luna said as she stepped up next to us.
Before I knew anything was happening, I felt like I was being whooshed through the air. A couple seconds later I found myself in a steady grip that kept tightening. Wow. This was awesome (note the sarcasm) and once again I was in a strong grip that was probably going to bruise on the morning. Hey! Maybe this death eater was strong Slytherin boy's dad! I did however recognize the death eater that was across from me, holding Hermione. Fenrir Greyback. I finally sighed in defeat after I knew that the death grip wasn't loosening.
Lucius Malfoy came out and held out his hand towards Harry. "Did you actually believe, or are you truly naive enough to think, that children stood a chance against us? I'll make this simple for you, Potter. Give me the prophecy now. . . or watch your friends die." Harry and I both flinched when he said die. The grip around me tightened EVEN tighter. "Argh! Let go." I hissed. I tried to use the same tactic I used with his possible son earlier. "Let go, or I swear I will punch you in your face. . . and leave a mark." He laughed in my face-- well more like cackled.
"Sweetheart, you aren't going to do anything." He said this really close into my ear and it tickled. Not in a good way either. I was had my shoulders up in tension, and my eyes were squeezed shut. I didn't even realize Lucius was standing in front of us, and by the looks of it, the death eater didn't realize either. "Dolohov! Enough!" He glared at the man. "Let her go." The death eater --er-- Dolohov released me immediately and held his hands up in defeat.
Once I heard him "poof" out of the room, I rubbed my wrists where he had held on for so long. "Are you alright?" I saw a flash of fatherly instinct flicker on Lucius' face, but it was soon replaced by the scowl that Draco usually wore on his face. "Y-yeah. Thanks." I answered quickly as I walked over to where Harry was standing.
"Now, Harry, hand over the prophecy, or watch you friends die at the hands of well. . . my friends." He let out a small chuckle. "I'm sure you wouldn't want that." Harry turned around and looked at each of us individually with a sad expression on his face. "Don't give it to him Harry." Neville said, but was immediately silenced by Bellatrix putting her wand on his neck so he wouldn't talk. "Shush." She said as she tapped her wand against his jugular.
Harry took one last look at all of his friends being held hostage, and handed the prophecy to Lucius' waiting hand.
